The scheduler was extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. We called due to a window being smashed in & they helped us coordinate everything with insurance in a seamless way. Prompt service and friendly as well. Service employee was friendly and got work done quickly.

My wife had the unfortunate experience of having her windshield struck by a rock while driving on the freeway, which caused a star-burst right in front of her driver seat. While looking for repair locations, we decided to bring it to Safelite Autoglass in West Allis for an assessment and estimate of the damage. The staff looked at the windshield and suggested that a repair could work. Other locations right away only gave us the choice of replacement. On top of offering the possibility of repair, they agreed to tentatively make another reservation a couple of days later in case the repair didn't work or if we didn't like the result, to come back for a full replacement. On the day of the repair, Andrew was extremely professional and attentive to the work that needed to be done. The repair looks great, and the service was exceptional. Thank you for your honesty and for caring. I am definitely very happy to recommend Safelite Autoglass in West Allis to anyone needing service with the vehicles.
