When I showed up, I asked if I could stick around since I didn't have a ride home. She said yes and turned the TV on for me. She also offered me a ride home. They both are probably the kindest people I've ever met. Seriously, they were both very accommodating. I asked for advice on how to remove decals and he ended up doing it for me which was awesome. The wait was less than an hour and the price is very affordable. Plus my new windshield looks awesome! I'll definitely go back when the need arises. I highly recommend JB's.

I just want everyone to know that if you need fast, dependable, friendly, and professional auto glass service done.......THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!! I work here in the oil field and twice now, when I've need windshields replaced, these folks get me right in. They know that being a trucker and that I work nights, they are always willing to get me first thing in the morning or as late in the afternoon so it does NOT interfere with my start shift time or the sleep that I need. I will continue to use Nelson for all my window needs until I am able to leave the oil field. Want to talk about pricing???.......I had 1 windshield with me for my Freightliner truck, ( paid $219.00 for 2 pieces through Westley in Minot, ND and only got 1 ). That left me in a bind......now problem the tech said. $65 for the windshield and $35 for us to cut it. $235 for 2 windshields installed, 1 being bought through them, and silcone to seal the rubber seal that holds mine in. Was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. To all the Nelson crew....... THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS PROVIDING ME WITH THE BEST SERIVE IN THE GLASS INDUSTRY!!!!! Coming home from Casper a couple of months ago we passed a truck. Heard a *plink* and two cracks appeared- one going toward the driver's side and the other the passanger's. We had a windshield broken by hail a couple of years ago and had it replaced by the Windshield Paramedic. Since we were pleased with the service we'd received I took the Passat in to see what it would cost. I think it was a Thursday. They checked the car out and I even found out that my car (if I set it up correctly) would make the wipers come on if it began to rain! And even better was that they could replace it Tuesday the next week. That was last week and I have been driving around with uncracked glass this week. It is wonderful. Nice and friendly folks and fast service. Can't be beat. Now I just need to get out the manual and find out how to operate those automatic wipers...
