I've had both positive and negative experiences. First windshield they put in for me was great. When replacing that one because of a crack, I had a terrible experience. I have an obnoxious whistle with the new one. They did put a good amount of time trying to fix it (which I both appreciated, and would expect from professionals). I tried compromising and to be reasonable, feeling like I shouldn't have to shoulder extra cost for this new problem. My car was missing the side panel to the windshield (wasn't a problem w the previous windshield), and I was told after the new windshield was in that that was a problem and I was probably "lucky" that it wasn't happening before. When I asked that they not mark up the part that I needed or charge me for extra labor, I was told that I was "irritating" them. Perhaps that was an unreasonable request, although things seemed to quickly deteriorate based on that proposal as opposed to be negotiated. In the end I have a car w a new problem and the feeling like they just wanted me to go away. Besides this experience, I have heard and experienced good professional work from them. And, when things went wrong I found the customer service to be abrasive.

I wasn't expecting my confidence in humans to be improved by an encounter involving autoglass replacement, but it did. After a near catastrophic incident involving a rogue deer, Bill replaced several glass components on my truck. They source high quality glass and ensure their work, providing 90 days of free chip repair after replacement. Bill even recovered my workplace parking pass sticker from the previous windshield and replaced it on the new windshield. Despite my multiple passes with a shopvac, he did another pass with a vacuum to continue assurance for broken glass to be removed from the interior of my vehicle. These simple and kind acts are noticed and appreciated. Thanks again!

I've used Bill's several times to repair chips (and even the starts of cracks) in my windshields and they have never spread. Had the windshield on my 1999 Chevy Express Van professionally replaced at Bill's Quality Auto Glass while traveling. Luckily Bill was not on a remote call so he fixed us up right away. In addition, the literature that came with the glass indicated many modern improvements over my 21 year old stock windshield. Nice to know Bill uses quality products. 5 stars.
