I had a large crack in my windshield that was too big to be repaired. I called Champion Windshield Repair on Monday afternoon to inquire about getting my windshield replaced, and they were able to come to my home the next morning to do the replacement in about an hour's time. Bill, the owner, was extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He came to my home along with Harrison, his technician, who did a wonderful job replacing my windshield and cleaning up after the work was done. Here is the deal - when you call the number, you are going to talk to Bill. Bill is a great guy but can be a little rough around the edges. Don’t let that stop you from stopping by for a windshield repair. When you get to the location, you will deal with Chris who actually does the repair. I stopped by without an appointment to have a chip in my wife’s windshield repaired and was in and out within 20 minutes. You can’t even tell the rock ever hit the windshield. If you need a counselor or someone to chat with, don’t call Bill 🤣🤣🤣… if you need your windshield repaired professionally and fast, then stop by and see Chris. OK i called and within a few seconds I had someone on line. Service was rendered within 24 hours. I got a call letting me know he was on his way. The technician was polite and informative and a very knowledgeable young man. I was highly impressed with equipment and transportation used to get to my service call . He took the time to explain as he went through the process and as a retired master mechanic I was impressed and that takes a lot to do. Extremely impressed. I needed two windshields replaced and a third windshield repaired. Bill took my call right away, gave me a very fair price, and provided excellent customer service. Within a few hours, Harrison was at my house and very shortly after that the work was done. I spoke with Bill from CWR on Sunday about a chip we got on the interstate. He pointed me in the direction to get it handled with our insurance company. Bill followed up with me Monday morning and set an appointment for Harrison to come to OUR HOME. He showed up on time, did a great job and was very respectful. He even went out of his way to explain everything to my wife, what he did, warranty and answered any questions that my wife had. I will be using them any time we need this type of work on our windshields and will recommend them to anyone. Fast, reliable and respectful. Hard to get all that in one company these days. The customer service i received today was by far the best in a long time. Bill was very fast and efficient with a wonderful personality. When i called to make an appointment i was ready to pay out of pocket but he went out his way to let me know that my insurance would cover it free of charge and i really appreciated that!!! Not only did he fix my windshield to the point that you couldn't see the crack anymore but he also was able to fix my coworker windshield who unexpectedly came along to get a quote to get hers done. Both of our windshields were complete within 15 mins. I would recommend this company to everybody!

OMG!! Bill was awesome! From being on time, to his customer service and honesty, it was a great experience. This was my very first windshield repair. I didn’t know what to expect, nor did I understand the process but Bill made it very clear to me and he did an AWESOME job. You can’t even tell that anything was wrong with my windshield. Bill Lambeth at Champion windshield repair is the best! He is very professional and he does a fantastic job. He came to fix two chips on the windshield of my car while I was at work. It was so easy and convenient for me because he came to me. I didn't have to miss any work or wait for an appointment. Bill came right out and took care of everything and I didn't even have to leave my office. My car insurance pays to have chips repaired, so I didn't even have to spend any money. Great service, great work, great guy! I would recommend him to anyone who needs windshield repair.

My windshield was hit with a rock on the way home this morning from work. My husband looked for a repair company and came across Champion. I called left a message & 10 minutes later Bill called me back & I explained my situation. Even though it was lightly raining he told me he would be at my home within an hour. And he was! From the time I called to the final clean up was about 1 hr. Very quick and impressive service. The price was great too! Bill answered all of my questions and didn't mind chatting during the repair. Bill was careful to not lay equipment on the bare car surface he used soft covers treated my car as it were his own. I am kinda OCD about that stuff and I did not have an issue at all with the process. Bill also gave me the hows and whys during the chip repair. Give Bill and Champion Windshield Repair a call.
