I needed a windshield replacement on my vehicle, and I'm so grateful that Aaron was our auto glass professional! Aaron was very communicative and respectful from the first call received. Aaron called to give me his ETA and confirmed the address. Aaron explained the glass windshield replacement process and made me feel at ease with what to expect. He also answered my questions in a welcoming and upbeat way. I never felt like I was in the way. He walked me through the paper process and made the whole situation very simple. The process took less than 45 minutes, including signing the papers for the service. Overall, Aaron definitely displayed knowledgeable, thorough and honest services. I highly recommend bluestone auto glass! My son needed a window replacement for an older car and needed it done immediately. They came to his house the next day KENNY WAS awesome there were a few hiccups with the windshield but he went above and beyond to make sure this window got replaced and installed the same day KENNY You have Great customer service which is hard to come by these days.. I was very impressed with Bluestone Auto Glass, especially the installer Eddie. Eddie assessed my 2018 Nissan Rouge and noticed some trim pieces were not installed correctly when I had my last windshield replaced at Midway Nissan. Eddie was very efficient, courteous and professional.. I will be using Bluestone Auto Glass in the future......because we all know driving in AZ we all get these rock chips / broken windows. This company came out right on time and even gave me a window for arrival time so I could plan my day around it! I was able to park my car right out front of my house for the replacement. My technician was Gabriel and he was extremely professional and very quick! The windshield looks great and the instructions for post-care were given and very easy to follow! Gabriel was all around, great! I put the wrong date in my calendar for my replacement windshield service and Gabriel was able to accommodate me by meeting me at another location. Excellent work and very quick. Eddy and Napolean were professional and actually showed/taught me something about my corner-cowl on the windshield. Somehow, they even found the radio antenna when the dealership told me they couldn't find and were going to charge me for it. So, they also saved me money.
