I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan at Gravity Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the moment I reached out, Ryan was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the different options available! The quality of the replacement was top-notch, and it was clear that Ryan takes great pride in his work. Not only did he complete the job efficiently, but he also made sure I was informed about the process and what to expect afterwards. He even called my insurance company and handled it all for me! The best part? THEY COME TO YOU! I'm constantly on the road, so having to make appointments and wait is very hard and a big inconvenience for me at times, but Ryan made everything so easy! Had a 1/4" + sized rock chip on my front windshield happen from a truck kicking up rocks. Did some research and found great reviews about Gravity Auto Glass and Ryan. Called Ryan the other day and got a text message back immediately at night. Texted with him to set up a time and date that worked for us both. He came to my house the next day and fixed it in 30 minutes. Did a great job respecting my new car paint and was very professional. I will recommend him many times over to anyone needing rock chip repairs done. He also does full replacement windshield and many other glass needs for your car or truck. Again, I cant recommend this veteran owned company any more than giving him a honest post for a job well done.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Service hit every point: 1. Immediate response when I made the request for my windshield replacement 2. Amazing service from Sara who helped with the process in booking the appointment and also communicating with my insurance 3. Prompt service day of: Ryan (and Justin) were prompt, professional, communicative and quick. They’re also flexible and will come to YOU, whether you’re at work or home. The only thing that could have made this experience better is if they would have brought a dog along to say hi :).

I called Gravity Auto Glass yesterday after a rock hit my windshield on the interstate—I always try to use someone local if possible in order support the small businesses! Ryan reached back out to me immediately, and was out at my house, fixing the chip by the time the afternoon rolled around! He was extremely quick, very efficient, super friendly, and cost affordable! He did an absolutely great job, and his prices were unmatched! His business card is stuck to my fridge for all future needs! He’s the best in town!

Had a HUGE rock hit my windshield heading up to cave creek and it completely shattered it. to make matters even more awesome, I got pulled over and officer advised me it’s against the law to drive with a shattered windshield.. I called Gravity to get it replaced using my glass coverage and it was a breeze. i’ve used safelite before and won’t ever go back there lol They handled everything professionally from start to finish. thank you again! i’ll definitely be referring my friends and family your way!

I had a rock chip on my Acura Integra windshield and called Gravity Auto Glass. They came out super fast, were very professional, and did an amazing job fixing it. Awesome glass company came out to my work and filled a chip I just got in my windshield a few hours ago , it was only $69 ———safelite wanted $220!! Ryan explained the repair process which was pretty neat so I tipped him pretty good considering the cost at other company lol thanks again!! Definitely highly recommended. Glass was super high quality and install was great. Having a few other vans done in the future. Thx again

Ryan of Gravity Auto Glass responded immediately to my request for a chip repair. He called/txted on his way to the appointment and arrived exactly when promised. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and didn’t waste any time fixing the rock chip perfectly. The repair is undetectible. There was no attempt to upsell. He just did great work when promised at a great price. I highly recommend Gravity Auto Glass.

Got a rock chip repair done on my 2020 Honda Accord windshield with Gravity Auto Glass. A full replacement would’ve cost me over $800 but they came out and fixed the chip for way less. Super professional, quick, and you can barely see where the chip was. I highly recommend them if you don’t want to spend a ton replacing your whole windshield. Great service!
