Awesome experience working with them. Had an unfortunate issue with the back window on my f250 right before a roadtrip with the wife. Although they were booked, they were very responsive and found a way to squeeze me in and accommodate. Extremely kind, competent, and appreciative folks. Highly recommend if you value quality service and great customer experience. I was in a bind and they came through above and beyond. They're just great folks, and will earn your business. Thank you for such great service and professional courtesy, I took my C7 Corvette to them this morning, took a couple hours total. Two days ago I was driving back home from Oklahoma and caught a rock direct center on my windshield, after calling a few places around town with no return call, I called these guys, set up the appointment for this morning, they had everything looking good in no time.. they also have a 6month old puppy that is really cool.. These guys are fantastic! I recently needed to have my front windshield replaced. The office staff was super friendly and got me scheduled in no time. Doug is my hero, he was able to meet me at a local shop where he did the replacement and recalibation in no time. There were no surprises or gotchas, everything was upfront and they communicated throughout the entire process. Absolute professionals! 10 out 10 if I could give them more stars. Hopefully I won't need to get another replacement done any time soon, but if I ever do these guys are going to be my first call.

My Tacoma was broken into and as a result, the rear driver's side window was shattered. 1st Class Auto Glass out of Cartersville was recommended to me by a co-worker and I noticed they also have great reviews, so I went for it. They quoted me an excellent price $30 cheaper than the next closest auto glass replacement/repair business. Doug was wonderful. He called prior to heading to my vehicle while I was at work letting he know he'd be to my vehicle within half an hour. I met him with my vehicle's keys and in less than an hour, he cleaned up all the broken glass completely and replaced the window. I honestly can't even tell that it was ever broken. If I should ever have the need, I will definitely go to these guys again and if not, I'll refer all my friends and family. An awesome business.

On February 11th 2015 I had my windshield replaced in my 2004 Envoy; little did I know my son would be in a head on collision on February 20th. The car was smashed, crushed, dented....whatever you want to call it from front to back, EXCEPT the windshield, not a crack, break, or shatter. I cannot thank this company enough for always doing a fantastic job! Always putting their customers first and giving them the most professional job. My son could have had more trauma had the windshield shattered, I'm so glad I've always trusted in a company that does the best quality of work!

I recently purchased a new vehicle that arrived with a rock chip in the windshield. Carl Black GMC used this company to install the new windshield. The installer chipped the paint around the windshield, put several cuts in the dashboard, got adhesive all over the driver side a-pillar, and didn’t even set the glass properly. Now my brand new truck has to have the windshield replaced again, dash and a-pillar trim replaced along with the entire passenger side of the cab repainted which will of course severely depreciate the value of my truck. I cannot believe a company would have anyone like the person who did this horrible damage to a brand new vehicle working for them. Thank you for making a wonderful experience of purchasing my dream vehicle a nightmare
