I needed the rear sliding glass replaced, the insurance company referred me to Safelight. Despite having to drive to a distant location the repair experience was exceptional! The technicians were courteous, professional, and kept me informed throughout all aspects of the repair process. Kudos to Joseph at the Cartersville, GA location who gave me his personal cell number and encouraged me to call him with any questions or problems. If the need arises I’ll definitely be a repeat customerServicesService not listedPrice assessmentReasonable price

DO NOT DO THE DROP & GO... Vehicle was not ready by closing time as promised. The technician was friendly and professional and apologized for the inaccurate promise. He said they often work late finishing up the day's work. Maybe the appointment maker should have admitted this rather than telling me it would be ready for me by 5:00. Wasted time driving from another town and had to return the following morning to pick up my vehicle.

My technician's name was Kevin and that dude was a professional, no lie. He installed it professionally and even cleaned my floorboards! If I had my windshield replaced at the dealership it would've costed me $1,100! I saved a lot choosing Safelite!! It costed $390 for my Chrysler Town and Country. Kevin came out to install my new windshield the next day after calling Safelite. I mean, they got to me immediately! I'm so satisfied with their service and grateful that I had an amazing tech! If you can, ask for Kevin! I highly, highly recommend him!

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Mobile appointments required 2 week wait, so opted for an in-person appt, at a physical location, in a neighboring town. Booking appt online is mandatory, but simplistic and very straightforward/user-friendly. A personal schedule change necessitated that i drop off the car the evening before my appointment. Naturally, I wanted to provide advanced notice and inquire about a “key dropbox”, but the automated phone system doesn’t even offer the option to speak to a live, local employee. All system prompts lead to statement referring you to the website before abruptly disconnecting the call. Despite being flat out rude and offensive to the customer that prepayment was so efficiently requested and received from, this practice might be overlooked if the website had extensive information available for all possible customer service scenarios and locally-specific practices. Unfortunately, it’s painfully obvious that the website’s sole function is to funnel you into making a repair/replacement appointment and collecting money. Besides a store locator and answers to a handful of basic FAQ’s, there’s nothing else truly helpful. Given no alternative, I proceeded blindly and was fortunate enough that general industry standards - overnight key drop and a motivated technician that took pride in their work by checking lot and key drop for unattended vehicles - were both available and automated seamlessly. My service did not require any function or safety related calibrations and was completed in approximately 1.5 hours. TV, WiFi and water are available while you wait. Actual service was completed satisfactorily and without issue. Post installation aftercare and limitation information was provided at the end of service only after inquiry. Additional perks listed on emailed invoice - such as vehicle vacuuming and cleaning of all outside window glass - were not completed and were therefore, an unexpected letdown. At the end of the day, the actual glass replacement and the in-person customer service I received were solid and above-average. Further, every interaction I witnessed staff have with other customers while I waited was also exemplary and positively received by the client. My loyalty and repeat business was certainly earned and I’ll happily refer others to this shop when the opportunity arises.

The tech was nice but I ended up waiting an hour past 3 when he was supposed to show between 1-3. When he arrived, he explained that he had the wrong glass. I don’t usually leave complaints but I’m not happy with having to wait around for 3 hours just to hear that. He said I would have to come in to the shop next week to have the work done and spend another 3 hours. That’s an extra day of daycare to pay for too. I confirmed the appointment several times via text, so I just expected better is all.

The Technician William "Robert" of the Cartersville, GA location was the most professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly meticulous (attention to the littlest detail oriented individual) I ever had the pleasure of working on my family's car. Given that he is a fellow veteran, it makes perfect sense that he would possess such an incredibly precise work ethic, along with other noble characteristics. My family SALUTE'S YOU, SIR! May the LORD BLESS YOU and keep You and Your Family. Thank you... Safelite is lucky to have an individual who embodies the Ethos and Values of the Safelite Corporation ; an invaluable asset to the company. Safelite is fortunate / lucky to possess you as a team member. This individual should be managing, owning , operating his own location!!!!
