Busted my back windshield out a few weeks ago. Called these guys and they were out as soon as the glass came in. Replaced the glass and a couple of parts. They did a great job! I called three times for a quote. Finally got one back. The crack in my windshield is the size of a dime. And the “technician” said the entire windshield had to be replaced. Bull. If my voice had been about 10 decibels lower to sound like a man, they wouldn’t have tried to bamboozled me. Dina, the lady that *finally* answered the phone, is the rudest human. I would not use these trashy people. Go with safelite. You’re going to pay more, but at least they aren’t hustling you for more money because they think you’re stupid.NegativeProfessionalism

This company is the best thing since sliced bread! They seriouslybbeat the closest competitor's price by over half.. HALF! Like, this is macon, who u know busting prices in half and doing the work. They even gave me a tinted windshield... Not to mention, they came out in the rain and we figured a solution to the rain out. We did the repair at a gas station... They literally worked with me to the point that they changed the windshield in a gas station parking lot. Yo, not to mention they both were cool as a polar bears toenails! Definitely use this company and prepare to be awed. Tell them Jeremy sent you... They'll either be like, who tf is that or they'll know who you're talking about. This man replaced my back glass on my Dodge Durango. Immediately, and I’m talking about mins after it was replaced, I took it to get detailed. They pop the trunk to clean the glass out the trunk and the tailgate would not close back, he refused to take responsibility for the damage. I had to dispute payment with my bank and Apple Pay. Not to mention he was two hours late and I missed 12 hours of overtime pay with my job. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I always wanted a f-150 and 2 years ago I got one. A lot of people complimented me on how good it looked. I took a Christian group to leadership camp last year and a rock hit my windshield. I called around trying to find the cheapest price to get it replaced. All I can say is I got what I paid for, cheap price equals cheap work. I called Terry and he had the best price. I liked the set up he had coming to me and I wanted to support his business. I loved his reviews which convinced me to have him do the job. Even though I was on my job, I parked my truck so I could periodically see the work being done. I paid Terry up front which I normally don't do and don't recommend. I saw alot of scraping looked like hard, tedious works. I actually convinced myself to pay him more after watching him work. When he finished I was hard at work and couldn't come out to see the finished product. After work I go outside and notice missing paint on both sides of my windshield. I thought my f150 is ruined it was worse than having a broken glass. The next day I call and text Terry the pictures. He states it was not his fault, however my truck was not missing paint before he did his work. He said the paint was old and after taking out the old windshield the paint chipped. He advised me to get some touch up paint!!!! Everyone that has looked at my truck says he's at fault. I have had other companies change out broken windshields and never was my paint hindered. I literally got sick after the incident. While I was sick I prayed for Terry to have a change of heart and at least admit to the wrongdoing or offer to touch up the paint or even offer me back 20 or 30 dollars- something. I was just trying to support his business and keep my dream truck looking good.
