The process of setting up the appointment was very easy. I spoke with a friendly representative and was able to score a couple discounts! The entire process was smooth, as Dakota made sure he let me know everything prior to the replacement. It took all of 45 minutes to complete. He made sure to clean my interior and windshield after. Overall, the complete process was immaculate. I would recommend coming here for any of your window or windshield needs.

Had an incident where I needed my rear passenger window replaced, so I called Auto Glass Now and spoke with Bryan & Charles. This is my second time going to Auto Glass Now (but not for the same issue). I went to the Eisenhower Parkway store. They have provided excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. The manager and staff are friendly and they explain what they are doing prior to starting work in my vehicle. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. The technician takes pride in their job. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and forthright in telling me about the pros and cons of my glass repair project. They were thoughtful and considerate in helping me make the right decision to have the front window repaired as it was extremely difficult and could possibly have complications with the repair. Given their level of experience and expertise, I had complete confidence in allowing them to repair my car window. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They informed me of an issue with Ford Explorers window molding and the possibility of them breaking. They were very careful and were able to replace the windshild without any damage to the window moldings. I would recommend them to anybody. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

The best customer service!! I called multiple places getting quotes on a Saturday and they were so kind and helpful and you could tell appreciated my business. They were able to get my glass the quickest out of everyone and they came to me! The guy that came out to replace my glass was also absolutely awesome! I would use them again even if the price was higher just because of the great service.
