Called to get a windshield late Saturday evening. Hunter was helpful in answering all of my questions, giving a quote and scheduling the replacement. When I took it in on Tuesday, all of the guys were welcoming and helpful in getting the job done. They also did an oil change for me on short notice. Highly recommend.

The communication is pretty bad. I was told I had a 2pm appt and when I got there I had to wait about an hour. In the meantime I was told to wait for the mechanic to get there, because "he wasn't there yet". When he "allegedly" reached the shop nobody communicated with me that he was there until I just happened to call at 3pm as I was really annoyed with the wait as is. I was then told he saw me... I don't understand how the customer would even entertain coming to a shop that shows a bad impression like that, especially regarding the communication aspect of all of this. It was creepy and very impersonal. The only thing that kinda salvaged some satisfaction was the mechanic doing some work after my hour wait until the glass and space was available. These are how most car shops in the Bronx are. They don't care about you, just the money. Unfortunate you can't get great service nowadays.

Just to tell you that the experience was good, it is the first time I have visited this place and all the service and price$ was very good, Mr. Cesar was very kind and above all showing great confidence to his new client. Had my car broken into and my insurance referred me to this place. The service is by appointment. I was very pleased with the service; they took me before the appointment and finished quickly and cleaned out the mess the would be thieves made in my car. The mechanic gave good advice and was very courteous.
