AA Auto Glass

I needed a passenger window replaced in my F-350 and had been referred to AA Auto Glass. I called about 11:00 in the morning and got an appointment the same day and he came to my house in Roy. Scott had the new glass installed in about 35 minutes. I was impressed to say the least and the cost was less expensive than who my insurance was suggesting. Poor quality, my windshield was not installed correctly. The office lady apologized. They returned to fix it, arrogant owner said that he did a great job. I asked him to agree to disagree because I didn't like how one side the windshield was installed correctly and the other side was not. I asked them to fix it. He struggled with the windshield and the end result was ridiculous. Black glue all over.. what a poor quality. Big mistake from my part. Dishonest company, Not the best in Utah. My windshield got shattered and the owner himself came out and took care of it himself. He then gave me a deal on my other windshield. He is very professional and the quality of the windows was amazing for the value. I then had members in my family contact him for their spider web windshields and he gave them a deal on their windshields and even took care of rock chips on other vehicles for a really good price while he was already there. He even gives a warranty on the new windshields as well as rock chip coverage. They came out to my house and took care of everything quickly. I called AA Auto Glass to help me out when one of their competitors failed to honor their free rock chip repair benefit with the purchase of a windshield. Scott looked at my windshield, confirmed the original company had not filled the chip (even though they claimed to), and he then he filled the chip. He did all of this after hours on a Saturday night. When it came time to settle up, he told me it was gratis because he felt bad about my poor treatment from the other company! I've never used AA Auto Glass before, but they will be the first I call next time I have an auto glass need.

Excellent service and experience working with Scott and team. My husband and I each needed new windshields and they were able to replace both winshields the same day we reached out. Prices were incredible. We weren't planning on doing both at the same time, but the responsiveness, price and quality of the work was hands down the best. Far better than the big name companies. Very happy to work with a local business that clearly understands and respects the customers and does quality work. I will recommend Scott and team at AA Auto Glass to everyone! We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

We were traveling through town and our window got stuck in the down position and rain was in the forecast. I will also mention it was a Sunday and Mother's day. Scott came to us and got us fixed and on the road. He knows his stuff. Did not try to sell us something we didn't need. I so appreciate his expertise and more than reasonable fee. I only wish that we could have the same positive experience with all repair people.
