AAA Auto Glass Orlando

I was directed to AAA Auto Glass by State Farm. I had reached out after having my windshield chipped by a rock. The lady I spoke to initially was very polite and helpful. We discussed the damage and she suggested I have my windshield replaced. I explained the damage was minor and I only wished to have it repaired to prevent crack propagation. She said she understood. The State Farm agent approved REPLACEMENT, which I reiterated I did not want as the risk involved with replacement outweighed the reward. I was quickly scheduled for next day service. I left my truck parked in the driveway and headed to work. The technician phoned to let me know they were on their way, and arrived at my home promptly. I unlocked the truck remotely for them to access. Here is where the fairy tail ends. The technician called me back to tell me he could not repair the windshield and suggested I go ahead and allow him to replace it. I explained again that I had no desire to have my windshield replaced. The technician seemed to take offense to this. And asked if I didn’t think he could do it. He said the crack would run if he repaired it. I told him that I understood, but I merely wanted the windshield repaired. My wife walked out to see the repair after he had left and noted he had not fixed all of the chips. I called AAA Auto Glass and let them know there was damage which had not been addressed. The lady I spoke to relayed that the technician had already informed me the chips couldn’t be repaired. Now, let’s be clear, this is not the first car I’ve owned nor is it the first windshield I’ve had repaired. I’ve had several repairs done through Safelite and whomever Banner Ford contracted with for repair. I’ve never had an issue. It’s possible the windshield couldn’t be repaired, but everyone in this situation was a little too eager to replace the windshield. The arm-print on the windshield appears as if someone leaned on the glass. Did this cause the crack to spread? It also doesn’t look like the other chip was even noticed. Had the windshield been cleaned, I wouldn’t have noticed any of this. And now that the crack has spread, I’m going to have to replace the windshield. What else is going to get damaged on the process? To say I’m not happy is an extreme understatement. This is exactly why I didn’t want the windshield replaced. It’s worse now than when I started.

Had an amazing experience with AAA auto glass. Josh worked with my hours of work so I did not have to take a day off. He was very detailed with calling me before arrival, his work space was very clean and approachable while answering all questions I had. He left me the office number for any questions or concerns I had after he installed my windshield. Which I had none because he was outstanding with his knowledge of his work. I refer everyone I can to AAA.

AAA auto glass has done a wonderful job twice now within just a few weeks because our roads are horrible. The conditions are horrific. Kevin was able to come out today and note a few things that needed to be taken care of and the new windshield is better than factory. I am very pleased and thankful for the speedy service the professionalism and the attention to detail that Kevin has shown me and my vehicle. I highly recommend. God bless.

Have no problem with glass replacement. Problem is technician used his knee planted into my door to gain leverage to remove old glass. Thus leaving my passenger side door caved in. I brought it to his attention while he was doing it. He acknowledged, took pic's and supposedly reported to his supervisor, as l did also. They just keep saying "so sorry, we'll get that fixed for you" but never do. They ignore my constant reminders. My door is still caved in. I WOULDN'T LET THESE HACKS WORK ON MY LAWNMOWER. BEWARE...!!!!!

AAA Auto Glass Co, was outstanding. Mike has a personality plus and was very efficient and covered all the bases of everything I needed to know once the windshield of my vehicle was replaced. Recently had a windshield replaced by this amazing company. From start to finish, it couldn't have gone any smoother. When I spoke to Nancy, she asked for the necessary information and within 5 minutes of starting the process, she had gotten the authorization and scheduled my appointment. When the technician Ramfis arrived, he came in and introduced himself with a smile, and started the job right away. After he finished he gave a brief overview of what he had done and explained when I could drive the car again, and why it was necessary to wait. All in all, I would be comfortable and confident referring friends and family to this company. Thanks again to everyone.
