We have not had the glass installed yet on my wife's car but if you're ever needing to call and check out AAA make sure you ask for Brittany. Very very nice customer service. Willing to go outside the box to help get things taken care of. Around here that can be difficult from time to time. I'm giving her 5 stars because there isn't a sixth star to choose. Update to previous review: not only is Brittany one of the best people in the 2 years we moved here to help out to get our issues resolved, so is one of the techs named Thomas. My wife said she couldn't ha e been happier with his knowledge, his kindness and his ability to get the job done correctly, Mr Thomas ran into a small snag and to us seemed to have dropped everything he was doing and took care of our little snag. Since moving to the outskirts of Paducah Kentucky 2 years ago we really have never encountered such a amazing group of people and company to work with. Really gives us a great feeling if we ever need their services in the future we know without a doubt we will be in good hands. From my family to all of you thank you so so much.

The installer arrived did good job.He was very professional and courteous. Completed job in timely manner.I will use triple aaa again.

AAA Glass provided outstanding service from start to finish. Jeanne Stroup, the account manager, was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and made the process easy and stress-free. Ricky Kloss was the technician who replaced the glass on my Toyota, and he did a fantastic job—professional, efficient, and right on time. The quality of work was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend AAA Glass, Jeanne, and Rick for anyone needing glass repair or replacement!

The guy arrived early, was very professional. I am pleased with how great the customer service was and how polite the young man was that installed my new windshield.

They have serviced multiple vehicles for us through our insurance. Have never had an issue and the guys are very nice, personable, and professional.
