AAA Auto Glass

AAA auto glass in Madison provided excellent service! They were super helpful and worked us in earlier than our scheduled appointment to avoid some bad storms we had coming in that day. They also had great waiting facilities. My windshield looks great!

So my Window regulator went out and I needed to get my window pulled up before I could afford to fix the actual problem. AAA was able to get my problem solved within 40 minutes of me calling while also handling many other task. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. I travel a lot freelancing in the sports industry so I couldn’t explain how much they helped me during a busy work week. After fixing my car they guided me in the right direction to get the right parts and even save a few bucks on the repair!

This business, if you can call it that, is a scam. They caused all the cameras and sensors used for collision and lane keep assist in my wife's car to mess up when replacing the windshield and will not take responsibility for their screw up. Do not have your windshield replaced here. You will only have more problems to fix if you let them touch your car.

I have a BMW i3 that the driver's side back quarter window broke. (basically a very specific car with very expensive parts). Century BMW quoted me an outrageous price that was completely out of budget, they told me it would take 7+ hours of labor. I called AT LEAST 17 different shops in Hunstville/ Madison and no one would take it. The glass people would refer me to body shop people, and vise versa. Then I spoke with Jeremy at AAA... He looked up manufacturer manuals... he contacted other people in the industry... and he got back to me. He didn't leave me high and dry like the other places. He said he'd give it a go and that with his 27 years of experience that he was very confident he'd get it done, even tho 3 of the body panels needed to come off the vehicle to insert the glass. Anyhoo. He was very fast, great communication, did a great job, price was more than fair and I wished they were the first place that I called! I would recommend AAA to everyone 10/10.

The replacement of my van front window was completed with a second visit. The first visit was aborted due to the absence of replacement glass for the scheduled appointment, complicated by scheduling conflicts on my end and a failure to check inventory prior to the scheduled appointment on their end. My second visit, after the glass was re-ordered, was complicated by a number of factors including the Christmas holiday, the terrible winter storm, and end of year inventory requirements. Despite many factors and constraints, the technicians seemed very polite and competent, and successfully installed the new window and technology calibrations in the estimated timeframe. In addition, I appreciated that the area manager went out of his way to understand all issues in detail and look for areas of improvement.

Great work wasn't even 24 hours, and my rear glass is good as new again. Professional installer, cleaned 100% of the shattered glass from every crevis, and plastic panel. Great pricing on top of all that. Will gladly use thier services from here out.
