Absolute Auto Glass

Deceptive warranty policy. There was a crack in my windshield smaller than a dime. I got it repaired and guaranteed. The crack was still noticeable, but seemed filled. 4 days later a crack over 10inches formed from the small crack. I called about warranting the crack to which they said I’d have to pay the full price of a replacement windshield. I’m not sure what the repair was for or any merit behind the warranty. My experience was I didn’t receive what I paid for and was not reasonably accommodated for work that did not do anything. I would personally never consider coming back.

I can't thank Adrien and Absolute auto glass enough for the amazing work and customer service I received when a rock almost went through my windshield while going 65mph on 6th Ave! Glass got all over me. Talk about scary. After searching everywhere last minute, I ended up choosing Absolute Auto and boy was it worth it! I The lady on the phone that set up my appointment was friendly and helpful. They sent Adrien out to install a new windshield. I thought the prices were reasonable. I ended up paying $268.68 for it. He communicated well in letting me know when he was going to arrive and ended up arriving early. He was also very friendly and helpful. The entire installation process was quick and couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Absolutele twice! Our car window was smashed out and burglared. We did call around and found the window in stock here and it was the lowest price. We had it replaced that day remotely. The driver was very nice and fast. 2 weeks later the same thing happened and once again they jazz it in stock and was able to get us in the next morning. We took the car in, saved money and was treated really well. The employ went above and beyond our expectations. Hands down we could not have found a better glass shop.

A Five Star rating is especially important when it ISN'T achieved because everything went smoothly. Calls were answered quickly by AAG, and the price quoted was excellent. A VIN number to my car was requested so that the correct part could be ordered. The windshield came in on time. Because I travel for a living, my son-in-law was going to manage the appointment for me. Within the hour I am receiving a call from Tom/Absolute Auto Glass, to say that the new windshield was not correct, that the auto manufacturer had switched part numbers. In addition, the new windshield cracked when they tried to install it. After he had finally been able to locate the correct windshield, they stated that it would be as long as two weeks for the windshield to get to them. Tom shared with me that the new windshield was quite a bit more costly, but that I would not be charged more than the original quote. Business integrity to the max! I know that this was not a profitable job for them. But they have earned my business in the future. With two cars, two trucks, and Colorado hailstorms, I will go back to the Absolute Auto Glass in the future. Hopefully, they will profit from future replacements. Excellent job to everyone at Absolute Auto Glass! You managed the situation beautifully, kept me in the loop while collaborating with my son-in-law, and resolved a sticky situation timely and with professionalism.

We've had Absolute replace windshields for us several times - including today - and each time they have done an excellent job. They make it quick and easy to get a quote, their prices are very competitive, and they tend to have lots of options for scheduling. I love that they have the option for remote replacements, since the Lakewood shop is ~40 min from me. It is a huge timesaver, and it only cost $10 more than an in-shop appointment. Sorry for all the driving, Nate! Communication today was great; the appointment was a 4-hour window and the tech texted me when they were on the way. The replacement took less than an hour and looks wonderful. They removed and reattached my HOV transponder and also my next oil change sticker. Love that attention to detail. Absolute does great work and they stand by it. They use OEM glass, they have a lifetime warranty on workmanship, and if I get any chips or cracks (less than 6") in my windshield in the next year they will repair them for free. Nice to have that peace of mind. Will definitely call them again whenever needed.

Absolute replaced my nearly brand new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring’s windshield. It was easy to setup an appointment and bring my car to their location. I knew if I brought it to a dealer, it would have cost over $1000 easy. At Absolute, it cost me a little over half of that. I checked their work before I paid. I was worried because my car has all the smart features and sensors. It was done very well. I am really happy about it! I will 100% come back if I need a replacement and I will definitely recommend their services to any friends, family, and acquaintances in need of their services.
