Auto Glass Now

I've had one of the worst weeks. The last straw was my driver side window falling out of the track. I have a super busy week and I need my truck. I walked into Auto Glass Now not long before closing unsure if I would get someone to help me. Aaron helped immediately fix the window to get me through the next few days. Best of all he quoted me a great price for a new window and service cost. The business is still fairly new and still working on getting it's name out there. SO HAPPY with this place!!!! Someone smashed my window in Denver, and I called around, and these guys had the lowest price available. I was a little nervous because it was so cheap, but they did a FANTASTIC job. The service was quick - I got in the next day, and it was fixed in a bit over an hour. They even cleaned all the glass out of my car, and folded my blanket I was sitting on all nicely in the back. That was an awesome surprise, such a sweet gesture :) So happy to have my baby back and have paid over $100 less than what I expected!ServicesAuto side window replacement

Edit #2 - October 2024 - this location on W Alameda was so helpful! The store manager, Sarah, was proactive in ordering a new windshield before even seeing the issue. I stopped in for them to see what the problem was and they completely replaced the windshield within 1 hour. I would gladly give my business to this location again in the future. Edit #1 - September 2024, 3 months after service… originally I gave 5 stars. Now I give 1 after discovering that the heated element of the windshield was not only disconnected, but the wires were severed. There was clearly no intention of the guy connecting this correctly. This happened at the Englewood location which is now closed. I will be visiting another location to have them fix this.

Auto glass now of Lakewood not only gave me an incredible price, but did a great job! Junior went above and beyond with his service, including ensuring I was comfortable while at the shop (providing the wifi code, asking if the temperature was okay in the shop!). Also, when I had a problem with my windshield sprayers, I was immediately seen and the problem resolved. Highly recommend!

I just replaced the wiper arm on driver side three mounts ago and was working just fine now it won't even wipe the water off the windshield on driver side I mean not at all and I cant.take the time off work again. Not safe at all and not happy. Both blades were working great when I drop it off for the day. Could not get the trim on rear glass back on right even with new retainer. I don't mind paying more for a great job the front glass does not leak any more nore does the rear glass. The glass job is right. The rest of putting it back together sucks after having it all day. One star.

From the very beginning, this entire experience has not been good. I was scheduled in a location that was 2 hours from me vs 40 mins. I was thankfully taken in at the location I wanted; however, after getting the vehicle back, the car was an absolute mess. There was glass all over the front driver and passenger seat / floors. About a month after getting the windshield installed, it randomly cracked. NOTHING HIT THE CAR, but they tried saying it was from “impact” and we would have to PAY AGAIN. I’m absolutely upset with this entire experience. Spend the extra money and go with safelite because I’ve used them before and they have never treated me this way nor has my windshield on my other car cracked. I will never be coming back here.
