After a failed ebay delivery and an entire day of looking for a replacement window online for my truck I was about to give up and pay $500 on an insurance claim to replace my front passenger window on my truck. Then Advanced Auto Glass in Metarie saved the day. I called them up around 4 PM and told them what I needed, picked it up at 9 AM the next morning. I paid $85 (which was less than half of what all the dealerships and other auto Glass companies quoted me) for the window and it was a perfect fit. The employees were all very nice to talk with as well. Would have saved me a lot of headache if I called them first. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of window replacement or purchase.

I have probably changed the windshield on almost every car I've owned. Too bad I didn't discover Accurate until halfway through those cars because I would have saved myself a ton of money. Their prices are phenomenal! Did I mention the great customer service when you call? This business is run by fabulous people.

Honestly, if I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I found this Accurate Auto Glass through my insurance company because I thought that I would give a local glass company a try instead of using Safelite again. BIG MISTAKE! Thursday, 6/10/2021, the claim was put in. Friday, 6/11/2021 was when someone had contacted me and told me that the glass had to be special ordered. Tuesday afternoon was my appointment. Ok, I had no issues with that. It was about 4:30PM on Tuesday, 6/15/21, when I called their office when I noticed that no one from Accurate Auto Glass had contacted me or showed up. It seemed like they weren't even aware that I was not even contacted or on schedule. Long story short, they were supposed to come the next day, Wednesday, least that was what was supposed to happen. To avoid a repeat situation again, I gave them a call on Wednesday, 6/16/21, morning around 11:15am. To my surprise again, I was told that the technician assigned to me was sick and I would have to be rescheduled to Thursday. At that point, I told them that if they were unable to do the job just let me know so I can find another shop. The woman on the phone reassured me it won't happen again. Today is Thursday, 6/17/21...and you can already guess what happened again.. Apparently, my windshield that they special ordered that came in on Tuesday, was damaged. I was told that they will have to reorder a new glass and I will have to reschedule. If only words could express how I felt about this company at that moment. I declined to reschedule for obvious reasons. After waiting one week for nothing, I wasted another couple of hours with my insurance company to fix this issue that should have never happened. I felt like the staff there were really unprofessional and unreliable. I felt extremely mistreated and forgotten after giving them so many chances to make it right. I understand that there are supply and labor shortages right now, but this did not fit this situation. It has been over a week, you can pretty much imagine how crazy it looks with this hot New Orleans Summer weather. This company obviously does not care about their customers. It could have been that this was just a series of bad luck and coincidences, but I honestly think that they "forgot bout me" and tried to cover up their mistake. I would have had no problem if they just were honest with me about being unable to do the job. It has been a week of waiting for someone to come instead of doing the actual work. This truly has been a huge nightmare! I will never use or recommend anyone to use this company to spare others the same headache I went through. I was actually quite surprised and really disappointed since I saw so many positive reviews online.

I was given the name of this company by my insurance simians for a windshield. I had the windshield put in in December and since then my car has a horrible leak. After several complaints I finally took it to the dodge dealership and had them look. Come to find out they left something undone on my vehicle which caused the leak. I was told by the lady there that it was impossible for them to have done that. No apology no offer to get my carpet dried out. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Beware and check your cowl panel and windshield before you get molded carpet too

This is tired some. I have been made the appointment from last Wednesday June 23rd , 2021 to replace my windshield. Victoria set me the appointment to come to my place to replace the windshield on Thursday July 1st, 2021 between 12-4 o’clock. The on June 30th, 2021 Jessica have reach out to me saying that the weather said it will rain tomorrow at the time the technician go to my place. I ask her can we move to sooner or what option do i have. She said maybe next Wednesday. I asked her what time. And she disappeared since. I looked at the weather and the estimate said it will rain 3pm and after. I reach out to Jessica again and asked her if our schedule still going on. I didnt hear anything that my appointment will be stay the same. Or move to next Wednesday. I need to know. I text her saying that the weather said it will rain 3 pm and after today which is July 1st of this morning. And my schedule is for 12-4. Noone reply me. Again. I waited for 1 hr later then i called the shop and speak with Victoria. The only thing she can said it “sorry, it moved to next Wednesday, “ i said fine, what time. And she asked “what time time do you want?” I thought you already moved my appointment. Wth. This company have so bad customer service and time. Am I wrong ? Do they think everyone have time and have to stop working 1/2 day to fit their flexible. Then have to reschedule base on their busy schedule? Are we dont have job to do and they do us a favor since we need them. I dont get it. Every one time is important and we all Have job to do. Please don’t waist of people time and just tell us straight forward that your shop is overwhelm and will not take any more job short a short time. Please be honest. So customer can find somewhere else to do the job.

Absolutely incredible, family owned business. The entire experience was amazing. We contacted New Year’s Day after our window shattered and they were available out of holiday hours (thank you Jess) unlike other places and they are all so friendly and personable, offering coffee and water as well as fitting us in last minute. The window was replaced and wrapped incredibly quickly and they did a fantastic job, even going as far as hoovering up the glass in the car for us, which was so lovely. Definitely the company to choose for anything to do with your car. Thank you guys so much.
