Advantage Auto Glass

Had a crack in my windshield that was going to expand and block my vision. Called and had him order me a windshield for my audi he got it done quick enough for me as i was in no rush. I had trouble starting the car and he waited for me to get a new battery dropped me off at home in his vehicle and picked me up when the windshield was done. Looks professionally done. *NOTE to skip the awkward conversation he DOES NOT take plastic. (Debit/credit cards) i dont know about checks sorry. Overall wonderful job and a wonderful guy. Also he does the work in his garage so dont get confused like i did.

They were closed on a Friday, so it's took longer than expected to get my truck back. The owner wasn't there when it was supposed to be open and asked me to wait till he got back to pay the bill. I did and the bill was more than what the competitors charge.

On Thanksgiving Day, our family was driving from Omaha, NE to Mitchell, South Dakota. About 15 minutes upon arriving to Mitchell, a pheasant hit our windshield head on cracking the entire windshield. We called our insurance right away and due to the holiday weekend, the soonest appointment was on 3pm Saturday an hour away from our location in (Sioux Falls, SD). We called several auto places in Mitchell to help us get our windshield replaced and Advantage Auto Glass LLC called back within an hour of me leaving a message. A representative came out and picked up our vehicle for us, took it to their shop and fixed our windshield in 1 hour. They also dropped off our vehicle to our location when the service was finished. I wanted to take a minute and create a review with this company which was wonderful to work for and provided fast service! He was very helpful and flexible. They also offer to pick up and drop off your vehicle if you are stuck at work. They were also reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need

We were traveling cross country and experience a chip caused by rocks falling off a truck on I-90. He was extremely accommodating and we were able to get on the road with minimal delay.

We ended up with a rock chip on our windshield while traveling from Wyoming to Wisconsin. I called three other places before calling advantage auto glass. (We were over 4 hours away) Rich did not turn us away, even though he was busy. He was professional, kind, and had us back on the road in about half an hour. I would recommend him to anyone traveling in South Dakota for any glass work needed. Don't waste your time with S......e, you can't talk to anyone through their automated system.
