Advantage Auto Glass

We ended up with a rock chip on our windshield while traveling from Wyoming to Wisconsin. I called three other places before calling advantage auto glass. (We were over 4 hours away) Rich did not turn us away, even though he was busy. He was professional, kind, and had us back on the road in about half an hour. I would recommend him to anyone traveling in South Dakota for any glass work needed. Don't waste your time with S......e, you can't talk to anyone through their automated system.

I was headed from Rapid City to Sioux Falls and just 30 minutes out of Sioux Falls, I passed a truck and a small rock flew up and chipped my windshield. I didn't want to drive 5 hours in the winter with a chipped windshield. I Googled and found Advantage Auto Glass. I called and they said to bring my car right in. I was expecting to pay out of pocket, but the auto tech explained how to contact my insurance. After calling insurance, it only took about a half hour to get the chip fixed, and I was back on the road! I was very appreciative of the accommodations and quick service.

On Thanksgiving Day, our family was driving from Omaha, NE to Mitchell, South Dakota. About 15 minutes upon arriving to Mitchell, a pheasant hit our windshield head on cracking the entire windshield. We called our insurance right away and due to the holiday weekend, the soonest appointment was on 3pm Saturday an hour away from our location in (Sioux Falls, SD). We called several auto places in Mitchell to help us get our windshield replaced and Advantage Auto Glass LLC called back within an hour of me leaving a message. A representative came out and picked up our vehicle for us, took it to their shop and fixed our windshield in 1 hour. They also dropped off our vehicle to our location when the service was finished. I wanted to take a minute and create a review with this company which was wonderful to work for and provided fast service! Thank you for fixing our windshield today so we can head back to Omaha before the winter storm. We appreciate your service! Below is the before and after images of our vehicle for reference. We had a freak incident where our back window had shattered over the weekend on a camping trip. Contacted Rich on Monday, and he had the window in and installed next day by noon! High quality work, looks brand new, and all within our budget!

He was very helpful and flexible. They also offer to pick up and drop off your vehicle if you are stuck at work. They were also reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need

We were traveling cross country and experience a chip caused by rocks falling off a truck on I-90. He was extremely accommodating and we were able to get on the road with minimal delay.
