Auto Glass Express

So, I call for an appointment and order a windshield. Terry says he can do mobile service. Then when the glass comes in, he says it would be easier if I brought it to the shop. Easier for him I assume. So, okay whatever. Then he tells me my appointment is at 8AM and I ask for maybe a little later in the morning and he asks, "how much later" and I tell him 10AM. Then he tells me "That's too late". So, I bring the car in at 8AM and he tells me "It will be done this morning". So, I go home and wait...... finally calling him at about noon. He says the car is ready and I ask him "don't you usually call a guy and let him know when the car is ready to go"? He then tells me "I told you it would be done this morning". Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Contrary to google search results, Auto Glass Express does NOT do window tinting. What Terry, at Auto Glass Express, does is an excellent job of replacing vehicle windows. He was meticulous and expedient in replacing our cracked windshield. Thanks, Terry!

I am a senior and was treated with the upmost courtesy and they handled all the details. They even picked up my car and I have been telling everyone about them. Good place, nice people, good work ethics.

When I called was very rude! Said to even look at the window for my insurance company would be more then a week out! When I explained what happened he just automatically said it couldn't be fixed without even looking at windshield! So I made an apt mins later with another company in town! Will not give business here! With the lack of not even wanting to even look at it so I knew what I needed to tell my insurance company was needing to happen.NegativeQuality
