All About Auto Glass

All about Auto Glass was great! They came to my house and replace the windshield on my wife’s forester. Sergio the tech who came was very nice and professional. He fixed the loose review mirror and showed me what the issue was. And then when he was all done he went above and beyond and restored/cleaned the foggy headlights. He gave me some tips on how to keep them clear and how often I should “clean” them. He also helped with some tips on the sun damaged areas. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

My back car window was vandalized and it needed to be replaced. I called around and happened to find this company, All About Auto Glass. I spoke to Robert who helped me to easily order my window right away. When the window came in just a couple of days, we made an appointment for me to meet the technician in an agreed location. Robert kept me informed every step of the way on when they would arrive. Unfortunately, when I got into my car to head down to Folsom, my battery died. I called Robert and he kindly made arrangements to have their technician meet me at my home! When he arrived, he had a portable charger that he used to start my car. He was very helpful and courteous, despite having to drive further. He did a wonderful job replacing my window and was very quick. I was really pleased with the price as well. I cannot say enough about these guys. They are seriously, the best and I highly recommend them! 5 Stars all the way!

Me & my husband had our window smashed in right before this rain storm & it really put a wrench in our day. Thankfully, they were able to come super quick compared to other businesses that gave me anywhere between 2-7 day wait period. They were very understanding and accommodating. His technician was EXTREMELY nice & making sure all the glass was out of my car especially with having little ones who sit in the back. Rob, from the moment he answered the phone, provided excellent customer service. I was shopping around for best price and he recommended I schedule the appointment while I shop since it was Saturday. Great Idea!! I tried to beat the price I was quoted but it wasn’t possible. Sergio showed up on Monday as scheduled. I was given a 2 hour window & Rob called 15 minutes into my time block to update me on Sergio’s ETA. Sergio showed up just as Rob stated. He told me 40 minutes for the repairs & he stayed on scheduled. Sergio was kind, respectful and very patient. My toddler was curious about what was going on. Sergio talked to her as if she was just as important as I was. He vacuumed all the fallen glass inside my vehicle as well as around the car on the driveway. Excellent service!! Highly recommend All About Auto Glass. They are incredibly professional, nice, informative, and they got my windshield replaced quick! By quick, I mean they booked me their first available appointment, the technician came in the first third of the job window, only took about 40 minutes, and my windshield is glorious! Both the office and tech were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would even say they both went above and beyond to help get my car back to being safe!
