I think in today’s day and age it is increasingly difficult to find competent and diligent service providers. After an unfortunate break in attempt, I searched for an auto window replacement service in the Lodi area. One swift and courteous call later, Safi quoted and finalized the time and date of our appointment. He arrived at the scheduled time and had the repair done right around the 30 minute mark. My driver side window is good as new. My one point of constructive criticism/precaution is the payment options which are either cash, Zelle, and Venmo. A card reader option may be beneficial. Nonetheless, Safi provided a great all around experience and end result! (Down below are before and after pictures)

Above and beyond! Needed my smashed passenger window replaced, and this place came through. I waited in their cozy waiting room, grabbed a coffee from the machine, and by the time I finished my coffee, my car was ready. They even vacuumed all the glass shards for me. The owner was friendly, kind, and clearly cares about his customers. Highly recommend for quick, professional, and smooth service! Hands down the best!

Safi was great!!! I have a family trip coming up and needed my windshield replaced ASAP! I called at 8AM, had a brand new windshield by 11AM at an amazing price! Thank you! Excellent work, great customer service & clear communication with an additional warranty for 1 year Chip repair damage (which none of their competitors believed cannot be offer anywhere in the world haha). The warranty was the main deciding factor for me to go ahead with them. Safi & his trainee was great & quick. Will def recommend them to other people as well. Prices reasonably with Market Standards for 2018 Toyota Camry windshield replacement.

I had an excellent experience at Quality Auto Glass. After reaching out to multiple places, they offered the best price. I was able to set up an appointment the day after I got achip in my windshield and it was able to spread. Once I got there, they were able to repair it very quickly. Will be returning if I need any future repairs or replacements.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I came twice by appointment: the first time, the owner apologized and rescheduled; the second time, no one showed up again and the doors were closed. I ended up wasting two days for nothing. In response, I was offered only a 10% discount and a year of free chip repair — a gesture that unfortunately does not make up for the lost time and inconvenience. In the end, I chose to go with another company. I’m sure other customers may have better luck, but in my case, the service was unreliable.
