While picking up my grandkids from school, I started to roll the back window down on my car and heard "clunk" when the window went straight down. Aggravated I couldn't get the window to roll back up, I called All Around Auto Glass and spoke to Tom Cremer. Tom told me it sounded like the regulator broke and then met me at my house that same evening and confirmed his diagnosis. He ordered the part for my car and installed it the same day the part arrived. Thomas came today to replace my glass covered by geico, after batteling the insurance thomas finally recieved the work order and immidiatly got in touch with me to schedule a time and location. Was fast and very tidy in his work. Takes good pride in his work and his business vehicle with a sweet wrap with his really cool logo.
