These guys are awesome! The couple that run the whole show and the technician that replaced my windshield. I just got this truck and a rock must have flew up and hit my windshield. I met Nicole. She was knowledgeable and so helpful. Put me on the phone with the insurance company. I didn’t hardly have to do anything but be home when the technician showed up! It was done in no time at all and I couldn’t be happier. My truck looks way better with a new windshield and of course I feel safer. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into this and also for afterwards coming out and supporting my own small business and your amazing reviews too. Ran into Matt and Nicole when I was out and about as they seen I had a damaged windshield, I have already had one replacement and thought it was only one time a year that I was able to use my free windshield, Matt was very very explanatory to make me aware that I’m able to get a free windshield as many times as needed as long as I carry my coverage . He also explained how much of a safety hazard it is to have a windshield with any type of crack or cheaps , Thought it was just to keep out flys and air …. lol Answered all my questions and made all my concerns I may have had go away and had my new windshield the next day . I will refer anyone i come across to this company .

I needed a windshield replacement and Nicole made the process to contacting the insurance company with me and reassuring me that I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for my windshield replacement. We set up for next day instal for Thursday. The installer contacted me Thursday as Nicole said he would and arrived to my place at the time promised , They did a great job an a very efficient time , I was so surprised! I had a fantastic experience with Superior Prime from the first interaction. They did all the work, and I had to confirm with my insurance company what happened to my windshield. Superior submitted my claim on a Tuesday after 5:00 PM and my windshield was replaced at 10:00 AM the next day at my workplace. Every person I interacted with was friend, professional, and most importantly HELPFUL! I also want to add that the owner followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, I 100% recommend.
