I had a crack in my windshield that ran half way through. I had an estimate from a national chain for $409 + fees and taxes. I called two local shops and alpha auto glass had the best price and were excellent from start to finish. They did not have my windshield in stock and were able to get the same day I called and scheduled me for later that afternoon. The windshield replacement was very quick (about 30min) and I drove home. They said there is a life time warranty against leaks and defects. Out the door with tax $205. Great deal, great service and convenient location. Great job Alpha! This place was amazing. I’m terrible at leaving reviews but from the very start they were so kind and informative. I had never had a windshield replaced and didn’t know the process and the young lady on the phone took the time to explain it to me and help me understand the timing and method. She helped me get a fast appointment and explained that it may take a few hours. When I mentioned needing to go to work and calling an uber, they went out of their way to get my windshield replaced lightning fast so that I’d have my car back in time to drive to work. It may not be the norm for them to be able to work so quickly, but it meant a lot to me that they took my needs into consideration and went above and beyond to deliver. My windshield has been perfect since then but someone just chipped it on the road and my first thought was to call alpha, and my second was that I’m long overdue for leaving a well deserved five star review. I’d leave a hundred stars if I could!

They successfully replaced the windshield of my Bolt EUV 2022. Active safety features like adaptive cruise, pedestrian detection, rain sensing wipers are all working fine. If the replacement is not done right, the car may need calibration for these features which requires a dealer visit this about $200. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. The crew was great to work with. Thanks Judith, Juan, Isaiah. One minor downside is that the office is rather spartan. There are sofas to sit on but not but there is no work desk. However, there is a Dunkin' donuts right across the street. The service took about 90 minutes.

Alpha Auto Glass is awesome! I woke up to my find my rear windshield had been vandalized. I started to get quotes and quickly found out price varied dramatically, it is an expensive to replace and some shops couldn’t see in for days. Alpha Auto came to rescue with the best price and a quick turnaround. They were able to get me in on the same day and get a new windshield installed while I waited. Of course, there was a small complication with the rear windshield nut being fused by rust to the motor of the rear wiper, they clearly explain what the problem was, how they were going to attempt to fix it and the risk involved. They were able to remove the nut and save my rear wiper motor. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do, I will definitely come back. Everyone I spoke to, from the shop owner, to the receptionist and to the guy who changed my windshield was extremely professional and polite.
