Anderson Auto Glass

My husband made an appointment with Anderson Glass to repair our car window. I was told the repair would take an hour and a half, give or take, so I took a book to read while I waited. When I walked in, they were having lunch and immediately offered me some. Hospitality!! The gentleman immediately put his lunch aside and started to work on the window. I never touched my book because the conversation was engaging and I was included as if I were an old friend!! The repair was finished in less time than quoted and there were no surprise additions to the cost!! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for glass repair!! Thank you all so much!!

I'll start off by saying this, if I ever need any type of Auto Glass again I'm definitely giving these folks another shout! They are very friendly and efficient and do an outstanding job! At the time, i was able to secure an appointment within 24 hours and they have great rates as well! All staff was very easy and pleasant to work and they have integrity in their craftsmanship! They maybe the #1 auto glass shop throughout the entire 4-state area!

If I could leave 10 stars for this business I would. The hospitality of these people is incredible. I came in for a windshield replacement and they got it down within the hour. Me and my wife came here and they paid for our lunch because they felt like blessing us & if that doesn’t say much about a business I don’t know what else does. I had to get the windshield in my Semi replaced, not only was there same day appointment available, the price was chess as per than the other company’s by almost half. The service was extremely accommodating and even when I had a small leak, not from the quality of work but the design of the truck, Scott stayed late to wait for me, stood behind his craft and stopped the leak. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a wonderful place! I can't say enough good things about them. They found a window when no one else could, got me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and price, and the lady in the office was so sweet and friendly and made a big deal over mom, who's 86, which she loved. The windshield was installed beautifully and they even vacuumed my car! Would highly recommend them!!!

Just had my windshield replaced and they did a great job. No problems so far but I can tell by the way they were talking to me that if I ever did have any problems with it, they would be more than happy to make it right. This is the way customers should be treated. Tina and Dawn are the absolute best. They act grateful to you for being a customer and are as friendly as can be. Not only will I always be going there for future windshield repair/replacement, I will highly recommend them to anyone else I know who needs it. Their customer service alone is worth every penny you pay.
