Angel's Auto Glass #1

I rarely write reviews online unless a place is really bad. However, I actually found this place by looking at the reviews. After going here, I had to write a review but for the good! Had a leak by rear window. I went to Angel's shop but he was out on a job. I spoke to him by phone and he gave me a time to come back. When I did, Angel was there, as promised. He explained what he was going to charge me for a simple leak vs. a more in depth one. Both prices were more than reasonable. He found the issue quickly. He came out explained it and showed me where the leak was coming from and he was right! He fixed it right away and, like I said, the price was very good. Angel and his brother were professional and very nice. He is honest and I would highly recommend him!

My Wife had a problem with her car. So I called Angels shop for an appointment. When i got there the shop was a little busy, but Angel told me dont worry he would get to me. Well it started getting late and i had to pick up my Wife. I Told Angel i would like to make another appointment .When me and my wife got home that evening. The Phone rang and it was Angel and he told me he would come out to my area and fix the problem .Which he did, and the service was great.These guy's are the best on staten island by far.These guys really care about there custoners.Give them a chance and im sure you will say the same.

My name is Heaven and Angel is a saint! I called them around 1pm and got a call back less than 10 minutes later and offered a repair appointment right away! It only took about an hour for them to arrive and they went straight to work on my car! They were super polite and respectful, quick work too! My car was broken into in the middle of the night. We started calling auto glass repair shops around 8 am, my wife called Angel he didn’t pick up immediately we left a message. We called another spot and managed to secure a time. Angel called back and not only gave us a better price but offered to come to my home AND vacuum the vehicle. We couldn’t say no. Angel came on time, very professional and did a great job. Vacuumed all the dangerous glass front and back of the car and even cleaned the windows. It’s as if nothing happened. Very happy with my service and will be coming to him for future work.

I recommend Angel's Auto Glass to anyone who needs their vehicle window replaced or fixed. My car was broken into, window smashed, Sunday, long Columbus Day weekend, and even though the shop was closed, Angel picked up the phone when I called and met me at the shop and put my car inside as I didn't want to keep my car without a window. He handled all the insurance matter. He cleaned the shattered glass well and installed original MB window. Angel even dropped off my vehicle at my house!!! Nobody else would do that. Great family man, and awesome service!!! I highly recommend Angel's Auto Glass on Staten Island!

Called on Saturday, gave me a price, said we will order the windshield and install it Monday. They ask me to text them my information, which I do. I get no follow up text. Monday rolls around, no call or anything. I ask them, when will you be arriving today? All I get is a text back that says "window no ot available can't get it". What? Why didn't they call me to let me know? I asked, why I'm not told sooner, the windshield was already ordered I was told". Just reply with a text "no". Fairly unprofessional. Call me next time to actually explain yourself if there is a problem. And reach out to me as soon as you know there's an issue, don't wait for me to reach out to you. My problem could have been fixed two days ago by someone else. Very avoidable.
