I was able to book a same-day appointment, and brought the car in. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant, and explained details of the repair. They took my car in, and in about a total wait time of 30 minutes, the repair was complete, to my complete satisfaction. I could hardly tell there was any damage at all! I was very happy with the friendly service from both the front desk, and the repair technician! All at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this business, and their service!

What I can say? This is the best car shop I have ever visited. I have no insurance to cover the windshield replacement. They gave me a discount on top of a already seasonable price. They even provided 2 curtesy rides. The communication is straight forward and sincere, no sales tactics and tricks. It seems they know I am almost broke and helped me out with the best price I can find near triangle area. Now my Honda HR-V has a new glass just exactly the same as the original one. They say I should not wash the car in 3 days, I guess I will wait a week, even though they have a warranty for their work, but I'd better be careful to save myself some trouble to do it all over again.
