Griffeth auto glass company is great company, I work long hours every day and don't have time to waste. I set an appointment with them and the service tech was on time, and ready to install my windshield on my Ford F-250. The job took about 45 minutes. The service tech was very professional throughout the entire installation process. Definitely recommend them again.

After an unfortunate incident with a lawnmower and a rock, I needed a new Windshield for my GMC Sierra. I emailed Griffeth Auto Glass for a quote and within an hour I had a response. The quote was very reasonable and cheaper than most other companies I’d reached out to. They sent a technician to my home who was pleasant and professional. He had my new windshield in and even managed to get my registration sticker (Texas) cleanly off the old windshield and on to the new one for me within 20 minutes. I’ve been using Griffith Auto Glass for over 16 yrs now and they never fail to leave me speechless. Their work is flawless, fast, super friendly and is always clean. Their price is always at least $40 cheaper than anyone else. I trusted them with my restored 1976 Chevy K10 today and you can’t even tell they were there. There was no mess what so ever. I will continue to use Griffeth Auto Glass for another 16+ years. Keep up the great work guys! 🤙🤙

This is a great local company. Their pricing was very competitive and fair. The personnel I interacted with on the phone was extremely professional and very courteous. I was given several different days and times to have this done at my work and home address for service which made scheduling easy. The installer showed up on time and was quick and a pleasure to work with. The job was done at a high standard, installed properly and clean. This is a company that is standing behind their work, which is rare these days. I highly recommend working with this company. Not only does buying local support our economy and community but they also genuinely do care more than the big franchise operations.

The experience was meh. Next time I'll probably just go back to Safelite. I wanted to give a smaller business a try but the payment process was aggressive, requiring payment on the spot although the invoice says you have 10 days. Additionally, they request a tip!? I'm really not interested in giving a tip to someone working on my car. It's going too far now with the tipping culture.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Amazing! Ended up with a broken window after a hurricane while on vacation. Girffeth came out to my location, at our beach house, the next morning. The tech in Surf City was spectacular. Unfortunately, at no fault of theirs, the windshield they ordered was incorrect and could not be used on my car. Griffeth still took care of me. They made sure my car was safe to get me home (3 hrs away) and then offered to send a tech well out of their usual service area to fix it for me, in the safety of my own garage.
