I clicked the local Reading PA website but was directed to a national hotline so I don't really know what location my installer actually came from but my experience has been horrible. Lets just say I should have looked at Yelp reviews before hiring them. All I looked at was price and I ended up loosing money anyway. They didn't install my windshield correctly and they left broken glass on my wiper which immediately scratched the new windshield. They also did not have my cowl trim straight and the edge was sticking up above the hood. They did refund me the cost of the windshield at least when I complained about the scratch and crooked trim. But then 2 days later it rained and water leaked into my front window camera and damaged it. When I called they said they had "washed their hands of this transaction" and there was nothing they were going to do about the water damaged camera. what a terrible company! First initial appointment was rescheduled 2 days later due to glass getting broken in technicians van. However, overall very satisfied. The technician, Mike was very courteous.
