Horrible customer service along with horrible repair! I have a small crack in my windshield and someone came out this week to repair it. The guy said it needs time to cure after he finished. 4 days later, the crack is still the same. I called and the lady on the phone wants me to believe that the crack is still supposed to be there. No ma'am! I've had repair work done before with Safelite and when their technician was done, you couldn't even tell there had been a crack. Calling my insurance company on Monday for a resolution because this is unsatisfactory.

Service was excellent, timing was a little off. Mr Burton was pleasant and efficient. Job looks well done and will test out next time I drive the vehicle which was an 02 F250. At the shop for 83 VW, was disappointed seal was not on hand and installation couldn’t happen. They offered to secure the seal and the windshield was installed a few days ago. The staff was proficient and thorough and the visit was informative and fun. I learned a lot about installation. Very happy so far and can highly recommend this company’s service.

I have mixed feelings about this company. They seem to not all be on the same page. The first guy I talked to for an estimate gave me good prices. But when I called back to schedule I was told by a different representative that those prices were incorrect and it would cost more. On day of the install, the techs were very nice and professional. They finished my windshield replacement rather quickly and were happy to clean some spots of glue that had been missed. It wasn’t until I got in the car later in the day that I saw there was debris on the dash. When I went to wipe it up, my hand got cut from small shards of glass left behind. Upon inspection there was small pieces of glass all over the sides of the dash and floorboards. When I called the company to see what I should do, the manager informed me that mobile service doesn’t have a detail vacuum and it’s expected I go get the car cleaned/detailed after the replacement is complete. It would have been really nice to know that before paying extra for them to come out to my house to do the replacement. Seems like if I’m paying more for the service they can at least get a vacuum to clean up after themselves. So all in all: good technicians but poor management. New windshield looks great, our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, he was either neglectful on putting our truck back together and making sure to pick up all of the pieces of glass he had to break to get the old one out. We noticed our windshield wipers were sticking way up. So my husband was looking to see why and realized the plastic covering below the windshield wasn't installed correctly which is why the windshield wipers weren't put back on correctly. But then discovered the rubber molding that goes along the top of the firewall was not put back on hardly at all. Also found a pretty big piece of glass was laying on the engine, that could have caused serious problems if it had fallen into the engine.

I have used this company multiple times for work on our fleet vehicles and they have done a great job, well we had the owners windshield replaced on his vehicle and the first time it was replaced which was around a month ago, the technician left without telling anyone he was done and their office called and told us after the fact that we had already seen where he scratched up the driver door from taking the old windshield out. They agreed to have the door fixed at their expense which they did but fast forward to yesterday we had the same windshield replaced because it got cracked by a rock truck. There were glass shards all over the hood and all in the driver seat. There is no cleanup done and the guys are in a hurry to get on to the next job. No Quality control whatsoever and we will not be using this company again.

Had an appointment at 8 am and no one was there. I called the Auto Glass Now phone number and spoke to a dispatcher who was very helpful and apologetic. She reached out to district manager and GM of the location trying to figure out why no one was there. At 8:30 a woman pulled into the parking lot, walked right past me in parking lot and never said a word until I asked her if she worked here. She opened up and had me pull my truck in. She was very cold, never apologized for being late and seemed unconcerned. When I came to pick my truck up there was broken glass all over my Tahoe cover and underneath my rear seats. I noticed the push buttons for my rear headrest were missing and I had to ask the technician to about it. He then ran inside to go get them and reinstall them. Driving home I heard a lot of road noise and felt cold air coming in. When I got home I noticed the top of my rear door was not sitting flush. After further inspection I found that the door molding was not reinstalled properly and was keeping the door from closing properly. Overall, I was not happy with the service or the quality of work done.
