Great service and quality of work! We initially had a mobile install set up for my windshield, and AGN had some difficulty with available techs to come out. Rather than telling me tough luck or making me reschedule, they went above and beyond and came to pick up my vehicle, take it back for install, and then deliver it back to me; all within a timely manor. The staff was very friendly. Very quick to work on the window replacement. We have a 2019 Silverado that required the extra calibration because of the safety features. They even made sure it was calibrated correctly. The online quote price is the exact same amount they charged us. There were not any added fees or prices. We even received a $50 off discount. I would definitely recommend going to this place if you need a replacement.

They did well. Then next day I came back with an issue, kind of blamed it on them. I'm still working on the problem but even when I was a difficult customer they were nice to me and I feel they went above and beyond in my situation. Five stars for doing a good job and taking good care of a customer respectfully.

I had a small chip in my windshield and called the 888 number to schedule an appt. After scheduling they later let me move it up an hour for my convenience. When I got to the local shop they said for something that small in the future I could just drive it right in without an appt. Service was quick and below quote.

I’m driving a Nissan van model that is no longer in production. When the windshield cracked, I was concerned of both the time and expense involved in replacing the windshield, not to mention the indirect cost of taking the vehicle out of service while waiting for a repair. I called AGN and a new windshield was sourced and fixed the very next day at a super reasonable cost. They even accommodated my schedule when I requested next day morning service and gave me 2 discounts. The techs arrived on time, replaced the windshield in my driveway, and were courteous and efficient. One just doesn’t find this level of professional customer service anymore. I recommend these guys. I had the best experience at Auto Glass Now, they were so kind and helpful. I had messed up my own windshield wipers trying to change my battery and they help make them correct, plus I had bought and forgot to replace my back wiper which they did that for me as well! Super amazing staff who were so sweet!! Will go back if needed and have already told so many about my great experience.
