Auto Glass Now

I've used a lot of glass repair shops, and this company by far beats them out!!! I had a damaged windshield in my semi, pulled up, checked in and was in the bay within 5 minutes. Little hiccup with the style of the windshield but 15 minutes later it was resolved Went outside to make a couple business calls, by the time I made it to the lobby and popped open a complimentary sprite, the office manager was telling me I was done!!! It took them maybe 30 minutes. Staff was very polite and professional, would highly recommend and will be doing repeat business with them.

Came in for a window replacement on my Audi, and received great, quick service. When a part was out of stock on their end, they still fixed the window to a point where it was usable, and had me come in later when they ended up getting the part. They were very fast with service - it only took them an hour or two for everything to be done. Would highly recommend.

There was a part of the back that I thought couldn't be fixed, well these guys fixed it. They are so nice and no hassle. Highly recommend, my back glass looks amazing and they are way cheaper than anyone around here. My glass for my 21 sienna cost around 326 I think. Vincennes wanted 1200 and I still had to go to them. I feel the chip in my windshield was properly completed. Although some of the chip is still visible I can not assume it would be completly invisible. It is cheaper to have the chip repaired vs a brand new windshield. The appointment was made easily and with a very polite and knowledgable person. It was also completed while I waited in a timely manner. I would be pleased to have more work completed in the future if needed.

Great experience all the way. Very friendly people working the phones and in the office. They were happy to provide same day service for replacing my windshield. Excellent rate. I called and scheduled my APPOINTMENT on a Saturday. When I called what I believed to be the local location I was connected to a call center, which was not my preference but I needed to ensure I got my windshield replaced due to an upcoming trip. I scheduled an 8am APPOINTMENT on a Thursday and was told it would take two hours. I was also told they discourage anyone from staying onsite to wait for their vehicle. I should have seen that red flag from a mile away. On the day of my APPOINTMENT I drove through a torrential downpour and flooded streets to get to the shop by 8am. And I did arrive at 8am soaking wet, but on time. At 2pm I had not heard from the shop so I called to check on my truck because I had another appointment that afternoon. Of course I was connected with the call center again - actually it was someone in a city two hours north of me. She informed me that they had replaced the windshield and were getting ready - six hours after my APPOINTMENT - to do the calibration. I asked why they were so late getting it done. She said she’d call the shop and ask…she came back and told me that a one hour emergency that took one technician offsite was the cause of the delay. That was the beginning of the end of my relationship with Auto Glass Now. At that point I had to find another way to my appointment. I came home and texted the shop asking if my vehicle was ready. The response I got sealed the end of my relationship with this company. I was told they had a “waiter’s” vehicle that took priority over mine and as soon as it was done they would finish my calibration. So, my two hour APPOINTMENT turned into an eight hour wasted day while those who came in off the street or who were not discouraged from waiting got squeezed in around my APPOINTMENT. When I picked it up I was told I didn’t actually have an appointment and I was what they call a drop off. It’s funny that my text from them confirmed my 8am APPOINTMENT, but in their way of thinking I was simply a low priority drop off. The windshield is great quality but their scheduling system is a debacle. If you have all day to sit around and wait and you don’t mind if others who don’t make the effort to schedule an appointment get faster service, go to this place. As for me… if I need a new windshield in the future I will definitely be going back to American Eagle Auto Glass where I should have gone in the first place. So that is on me! The two stars are strictly for the nice windshield. Otherwise it was a very frustrating experience that I will not walk into again with AGN!
