Top notch glass replacement for any vehicle. They can handle almost any job! They can replace a busted piece of auto glass, and in some cases they can even REPAIR cracks and holes in your windshield! Didn't know they could do that and I was impressed! Eric Sarver was my technician and he was the best! Great customer service!!! Professional all the way! ....and they completely fixed my window at a great price! I highly recommend this business! Ten Stars all the way!!!!

I had an 18 wheeler throw up a piece of debris on the highway and it chipped my front window. Within an hour I had about a footlong crack from where the chip originated. I used my Geico app which sent me to this location. Everything about it was absolutely wonderful. All the employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable and my appointment only took about 1 hour including the glass replacement and the recalibration of all of the electronics that peer through the window. I would highly recommend this location. It's the fourth interaction I've had over the years with Safelite and it has always been excellent!

I called at about 3:45 and was told I could drop off my car anytime before 5:00 and they would lock it inside the building. I got there about 4:35, the building was locked and no one was there. After spending 30+ minutes on the phone with the call center, the call center was unable to get a response from the store, the manager or the district manager. The call center went the second mile. The store did not exhibit customer focus. I booked with someone else.

Scheduled very promptly , service tech was very friendly and professional. However, I paid over $200.00 for my service and the chip in my windshield looks exactly as it did before “repair”. I did sign a waiver that states it may not take all of the break out, but this didn’t take any out. Had I known before hand I would have actually waited and let the crack get bigger to warrant a replacement windshield. I was trying to avoid that, but the repair I was charged for was a waist of money.

This location... dude ... incredible service. Really good people here. Updating to just overemphasize how great these guys were to deal with. My tech was Matt and Eric did all our admin stuff. We were in and out and no time at all, way faster than I thought was possible or in the past at other locations. Plus Eric was super nice and accommodating to my three little kids while we waited. Also want to add that we tried to get this done at the 86th Street location, which is their warehouse location, and we were sent away supposedly because the windshield that they were going to replace ours with was broken... But they have more in the Warehouse, it was just too close to quitting time for them, I'm sure of it. We had to deal with rush hour traffic, accidents, and a lot of other crap to make that happen for them to just not do it there. Which was really inconvenient for us and caused us a cascade of problems for the day. Stuff like that just makes you really appreciate good service when it comes around, so I'll never go to another location again, it will always be the Bloomington location on Walnut. These guys are top notch.

My BF made the install appointment over the 4th of July weekend. After the appointment was made I realized that the wrong window was listed to be installed. I called and corrected with no change in my scheduled appointment thankfully. They email you a link to a portal in which they make it seem when calling that you have a little more control over things but you can only cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thankfully you can also edit any contact details because they had my correct email but the incorrect phone number which I did correct. Scheduled for an appointment between 8 -12 and the install tech (Seth) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at 9:20 and honestly went above and beyond. Somehow my window switch from the factory was messed up not allowing the window to go down from that switch (I only use the drivers switch, so I was clueless to this issue) which Seth informed me he fixed as well as finding my missing impact bit that had fallen inside the door panel and lastly cleaning up and removing the remainder of my shattered window . My new window was installed and ready to go in less than 45 mins! So very thankful for the accurate, quick, and professional response from Safelite. Fantastic experience and would recommend!
