Hands down 5 star service a small hiccup where insurance ordered wrong glass so they placed an even more expensive fancier glass in my windshield temporarily until I could get the appointment for my original glass. Everything went smooth. I was in and out within an hour, lovely people to chat with. They're very polite and the little Kitty cat. Is as friendly as ever love on it to death it will thank you best experience i have ever had with a auto glass place and I've had to use a few due to my profession don't remember the shop guys names but ther were even amazing and Daniel did excellent it's not often that you get to shoot the crap with the shop guys but they were all a pleasure and very polite would recommend over multiple other autoglass? Companies shop is not all that impressive, but their work is outstanding

We booked with Auto Glass Now because their prices were the most reasonable. We arrived at 11am for our appointment and the windshield was done by 11:55am. We thought we would drop it off and go home but we didn't even need to do that. There is also a lifetime warranty on the work that was done so I have peace of mind if there are any issues. As an added bonus, there is a lot of stuff around in that area to do while you wait for your car.

They put me on their mobile schedule from 8-1. I waited all morning for them at my house. At 1:30, no one had shown up or called to update me. When I called them, they told me they don’t do mobile services on Wednesday yet they put me on their mobile schedule for Wednesday and never called to cancel or reschedule. I ended up driving to their location (45 minutes from my house) and they were able to fix it but terrible communication.

I was absolutely blown away by the amount of glass that was left all over the exterior and interior of my Gladiator which has caused damage to my paint and bodily harm. I arrived at their location 15 minutes after they said it was done. I arrived to a dirty microfiber hanging off my bike rack (no big deal) and a soaking wet front half of my truck (again no big deal). It’s when I jumped in to start the truck that things begun to unravel. The leather seats had moisture on them and a white residue of some kind but it was an afterthought as the installer left a super sharp pointed tool in the drivers seat that went straight through my suit pants and into back side. That was frustrating but I understand accidents happen. After that I noticed that there was glass shards literally everywhere. Glass on my dashboard, glass in the seats, glass in the air vents, glass in the carpets, glass in the grab handles, the steering column, you name it and there was probably glass in it. Then I looked at the hood that had started to dry and I got pretty upset when I realized my hood had more glass on it than a gangster rapper has on his neck. I got out to assess the damage and was shocked when I saw glass shards with scratch lines leading up to where they had come to rest on my hood. Then there was the windshield itself that was poorly sealed along the perimeter. In three places the seal is clearly compromised. I’ve worked for a large local Auto group for my whole career and against my better judgement I used this local vendor hoping to forge a new relationship since we have three stores less than five miles up from them on Dixie and we currently sublet everything out to Safelite. After this experience I can’t in good faith recommend anyone ever entrust such as large an investment as your vehicle with them because they treated mine like it was going to a salvage yard rather than a paying customer whom loves and takes care of his vehicles. For reference my windshield had a crack in it and was absolutely no where near shattered when I brought it in. I have also had many windshields replaced personally and through the course of my business for our customers over the years and I have never witnessed anything like this. I’ll update this review with their response and hopefully their real attempt at making this right.

Very unprofessional business when a new customer is seeking their business. First off the team seems to not all be on the same page when it comes to their mobile options. I was told that Friday January 24th was available @4pm when I called on January 13th. I just so happened to call them again on January 18th to make an earlier payment, only to get told that whoever i talked to at first should have known that they only do mobile visits on Tuesday and Thursday. As upset as I was, I willing to accommodate even though timing wouldn't work after a certain time because I would have to pick my children up from school, I was still willing to accommodate. I called and was told Tuesday January 21st would be available between 8 to 2. Only to receive a phone call 2 hours later saying that there understaffed and over book, and that they wouldn't be able to see me even if I came in person until February 6th. Unprofessional at its best. None of the team or representatives who answers the phone are even on the same page. And to who ever is doing the booking why can't you tell a customer in the beginning your available date???. I usually don't write reviews for myself who works in fast food, I know how rude customers can be. But word of mouth is better and I truly RECOMMEND THAT KNOW ONE CONDUCTS BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. Had several references to give this place...but auto glass on fern valley will receive my business!!... they came to the rescue on the very next day appointment

Despite the lack of communication between the lady at the call center with the manager he got me in and out with no problem. The location manager is a great guy and his customer service goes above and beyond. If you need any form of windshield repair this is the place to go to not Safelite where they charge nearly $200 to fix a chip if you don’t have tint on your front windshield. Auto Glass Now fixed the chip and did it for almost half the price of Safelite.
