My windshield was installed a little over an hour which was great! However, fragments of glass were left all across the dash board . Debris was left all over floor. I had to reinstall my rear view mirror and cover the cord that connects the mirror. I understand working on my vehicle can cause debris and other particles to less a mess but, I didn't expect to clean it up. I definitely will consider other establishments in the future for my glass replacement needs even if I have to pay more out pocket. I would like to say " Thank you"to the young lady at the front desk. She was honest because I accidentally gave her an additional $100 and she gave it back me.ServicesWindow installationPrice assessmentReasonable price

Bottom line. If you want cheap and you don't really care about your car, maybe this is the place for you. If you care at all about your car or the quality of the work, go elsewhere. 06/24/2019 update: Lets go with zero stars. You will notice a reply to my original post about a month ago from "corporate" trying to make things right. Well, called them and let a message (not automated - with a person) and also filled out the form on their web site. No response. So, rest assured that the "We want to make things right" from corporate appears to just be lip service. Brought my Lincoln here to have the windshield replaced. Unfortunately I went solely with price. I had my wife drop the car there and she questioned my choice because she knows how particular I am about my car. I am that guy that will park all the way at the back of the parking lot to avoid parking near anyone so that I don't get any dings on my car. I will even re-schedule an errand into a store if I can't find parking that I feel comfortable with. I am also the guy that constantly gets cut off on the highway because I stay way behind the car in front of me to avoid rock chips. That being said, the only flaws on my car are a few rock chips in the front which are still unavoidable. So, had I seen the facility myself, I would have turned right around because you can tell by the condition of the shop that this is not the place that is going to "take care of your car", and that is exactly what happened. My wife brought my car home and on the drive she noticed the windshield appeared to be scratched, not to mention completely filthy. When I got home to inspect the scratch I then noticed that they not only scratched the brand new windshield, they apparently used the tops of my fenders to pry off the chrome molding which needs to be removed to access the windshield. They also of course scratched and dented that chrome molding. I brought the car back and Dillon, the manager, tried to buff out the scratch in the windshield but it did not remove completely so he told me they would replace the windshield. I showed him all the damage which is a pry chip on both fenders, the scratched and dented chrome, a chip on the corner of the hood, which was obviously bumped while removing the old glass and missing and broken trim clips. He brought out some paperwork that they had my wife sign claiming one of the dings in the chrome was there and I said okay fine to that one, but I asked my wife if she was aware she was signing off on any damage and she had no idea. And I am 100% confident that particular ding was not there. It also happens to line up perfectly with the corner of the hood directly in line with the direction it needs to travel in order to be removed to access the windshield. regardless that is just one of many that they did. Dillon said he would have to have the owner call me regarding all the issues about the damage. It has been about three weeks and I have called on four separate occasions now. Today I called first thing in the morning and now late in the afternoon. I was told that Dillon was too busy to call me back because they are "down a guy in the shop". Again, bottom line. If you want cheap and you don't really care about your car, maybe this is the place for you. If you care at all about your car or the quality of the work, go elsewhere.

Couldn't recalibrate the camera after replacing the windshield and drove around with the car beeping at me for 3 weeks. After 4 tries, dealing with a tech who didn't seem to understand I wanted my car back the way I gave it to him, and spending $60 just on Uber rides to and from my office, plus several hours of my time, they wanted me to come back a 5th time. No, but thank you.The tech claimed it was my computer when it wasn't. I took it to the dealership and spent $200 with no issues to recalibrate the camera. It was a terrible experience. with the exception of the receptionist who was always very nice to deal with.

Their customer service was excellent. The process of setting up my appointment and the work completion was quick and easy. They texted their address to me and I received multiple reminders via email and text message. I was warned this is a cosmetic repair only and fractures could still be slightly visible or begin to crack. I have two small fractures likely from pebbles flying from a construction vehicle, both fractures are smaller than a dime with no cracks on my windshield. I just wanted to prevent the fractures from cracking if possible. Before and after the repair, my windshield looks almost exactly the same. What I did notice is Auto Glass Now was nice enough to clean my windshield where there was residual paint on it from a window paint marker. Since I can’t confirm or deny if their work has actually strengthened my windshield, I guess only time will tell if it cracks in those areas. I can definitely say there was no cosmetic improvement. It would’ve been nice if they evaluated the fractures and told me the probability of a cosmetic improvement prior to doing the work so I could decide if it was worth it. As of now, it looks like I’ve wasted $104.

I've used this business several times but this last time I am extremeLy displeased with..It took 4 hours to do something I had an appointment for and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours as well as they left glass pieces all in my trunk and back seat they also did not reinstall my defroster or antenna wires as well as broke off the lever that allows my rear seats to fold down and the weather stripping is already coming out in some areas of the window only 1 day later ...and did not mention any of this too me while I was thereServicesGlass installation, Installation, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement, Window installation

Expect your bill to be $500 over what they quote you because they dont know how to differentiate between different makes and model of vehicles. Also expect delays because they order improper parts at their own pace. I hope the service quality improves as this was recommended as one of the only reputable auto glass installers in huntsville. This issue was mainly due to a call center they use, however the contracts a company hold are a direct reflection of how the company operates and if i can't trust a professional to accurately set up an appointment, how can I trust the asociated brand to install a $1200+ part. I can't at this time. Best regards, Mr.Quick
