Window replacement went smooth and the price was affordable. The entire job did not take a long time and the employee Raphael was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Thank you A.G.N. for helping me get through this unfortunate situation and getting me back on the road again! If I have any other automotive window issues or replacements to be done I will definitely use their services again. P.S. Not only were they able to find the correct window I needed when two other shops could not, but they were also able to do the job for less cost to me then the other shops were going to be able to do it for. The price quoted to me from the beginning was also the exact same charged to me when the job was completed. Thanks again AGN!! :)

Bought a car with a cracked windshield. Was told to bring it here for replacement. First visit, they ordered the wrong one. Was told they would reorder it and call when it was in. Never got a call. Husband called 2 weeks later and they never ordered the right one. Husband went in the next day like they said to and they still don't have it. We called again today and they said oh yeah we've got it. Come in at 1. I stood at the front counter for 25 minutes before someone came out to help me. Hopefully it actually gets replaced this time as my 30 days is almost up.

Avoid, 1st experience: I called 2 weeks ahead to make an appointment for a new windshield for a family member out of town. Was told they would have the windshield ready on appointment date. Take the care in the night before to drop it off with them and the building was locked up @ 5pm ( they “close” at 5:30pm). Someone opens the door just to find out they have no record of my appointment and no windshield on hand. 2nd experience: called on Aug 3rd to confirm a windshield availability and set appointment for Aug 5th. Showed up just before opening for my appointment, waited until their opening time, just to find building still locked. It’s a Saturday, and people run late, so I waited. 8:20 comes with no one having shown up, so I called. Confirming my appointment and that they are open. Upon letting the women on the phone there’s no one here, she tried calling the manager 5 times with no response. Had no solution for me, and no idea why they hadn’t opened yet and no idea when they would. So once again left without a windshield. I decided to give Auto Glass Now a try due to all the positive reviews. I however, am not sure how they are getting all these positive reviews. Maybe just my luck, but I can’t recommend them at all.

This was my first time going to Auto Glass Now. First, the price was competitive. Second, the service was the same i.e. competitive. I had a quote-- and it was aligned to what I was going to be charged when I got there i.e. no upcharge feeds. I left my vehicle there-- and gave them the time I would be back. I arrived at the time I had given them and my car was ready to go. The checkout process was easy- again- no upsells and the price was as quoted on-line. A special thanks to Noah-- very friendly and easy style to work with. I highly recommend - and they gave a great guarantee on workmanship. This was paid on my own and not through insurance.

100% Crooks and bad work! Horrible customer service sweetie! Left a positive review. Had a windshield replaced a few years ago. The windshield is leaking water and needs resealed or replaced. Lost the receipt. This company conveniently cannot find us as a customer anymore, but no trouble finding me when I had my second windshield replaced. Responded to the review but asked to call the same store with horrible customer service last week. Provided NO resolution! Again stay away from this place. Respond with a real resolution that includes honoring your lifetime warranty!

They are awesome, do great work and most of all is honest. I had removed a $100.00 bill that I keep for emergencies in my vehicle and thought I had placed it in my pocket only to find out after I left the building that I had dropped it. I figured it was gone given many individuals now days, however I gave Raphael a call and he indicated that they had found a $100.00 bill he asked me to describe it and I explained what I had done and to say the least he said it was there come pick it up. There are not many car repair places that have that honest of staff. Many people would have not said a word and pocketed it and would have told me that they had not seen it. If nothing else Raphael won my future business just by his honesty. Thank you again gentlemen for your honesty.
