Auto Glass Now

I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Auto Glass Now. They really went above and beyond for me. I got the windshield on my BMW 328i replaced by them and there was a crack in the glass from the supplier. They ordered a new one and discounted me $50 for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the person on the phone must have heard X3 not 3 series meaning they had ordered the wrong windshield. The shop manager Brett was incredibly helpful and offered to overnight it and honor the originally quoted price. This is above and beyond customer service and they replaced it the next day and even found my sunroof was clogged causing water to enter my car which I had assumed was due to my cracked windshield. I will be using them for any auto glass needs in the future and have recommended them to my dad. When he heard about my experience he called that day to have them replace the windshield on my mother’s Jeep Wrangler. Can’t recommend them enough Brett is an outstanding shop manager and James is a fantastic tech.

Only thing that bothered me was that when my daughter called to get the quote she was told it came with the brow,she asked them if it did and they told her yes!! I heard the conversation myself,but when I got there,they waited until they started working on my car then came in and told me ,(you know it don’t come with a brow right) like they messed up cause if they don’t come with them why would he have to come in and say that,it’s not like he knew we asked

I used Auto Glass Now's Little Rock, AR location on Broadway at the recommendation of my insurance company for my sunroof repair. This was my first experience with them and I was not only pleased, but impressed with the service I received. Brett was great about keeping me updated on the progress of my glass coming in through both phone call and text. On the day of the install, service was efficient and friendly. Never in my 42 yrs have I had a job completed so quickly. The communication was excellent and they did not deviate away from the quoted price I mean over 300 bucks is a lot to pay right after rent, but it was well worth it and I have no complaints and I would suggest anyone go here seriously I called four other people, and this was by far the best experience online on the phone and in person and my appointment was scheduled immediately and that was less than a day and that was only because they accommodated me working. They probably would’ve had me in a lot sooner

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Brett Billingsley and the team at Auto Glass Now for their exceptional service and persistence in resolving a very challenging windshield replacement issue on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The process started on October 18, 2024, when I first had my windshield replaced. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, my vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and lane alignment system malfunctioned. Auto Glass Now immediately acknowledged the issue and began troubleshooting. Over the next several months, they replaced the windshield three separate times in an attempt to fix the issue. Despite their best efforts, the problem persisted, and it became clear that the replacement windshields were not properly aligned, possibly due to an issue with aftermarket glass. At that point, Brett recommended switching to an OEM windshield directly from Honda, which seemed to be the best solution. Unfortunately, this is where the timeline became extended—due to a manufacturing defect on Honda’s end—which caused significant delays in getting the correct OEM glass. While this was out of Auto Glass Now’s hands, they continued to cover the cost of the three replacements, and Brett was a key point of contact throughout, keeping me updated and offering alternative solutions when necessary. After seven long months, on April 29, 2025, the correct OEM windshield was finally installed, and all systems were calibrated and functioning properly after a final visit on May 28, 2025. While the situation was frustratingly drawn out, Auto Glass Now’s team showed nothing but professionalism, persistence, and integrity, ensuring that I wasn’t left with any out-of-pocket expenses and that my concerns were addressed every step of the way. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services. They may not be able to control every aspect of supply chain issues, but they definitely took care of me like a priority.

My technician, Joe, went about and beyond. I’ve never met Joe before my service with your company, but he was instantly personable and went out of his way to provide excellent service. I shared with Joe that this is not typically a pleasant process and he made it a very positive experience for me. Because of Joe, I will refer others to this location and I will personally use this location for any needs I may have in the future. I hope that you all appreciate this type of employee and formally recognize him. This is how we build loyalty with our customers, and he did just that. 10/10 stars!
