My safelite experience was a terrible and grueling process. The shop took over 4 months to complete my repair due to poor communication between their customer service reps and their shop. I made three separate trips to the shop 2 hours each way for "appointments " just to hear we dont have your glass, we ordered the wrong glass. or due to staffing issues your repair can not be completed at this time. I had to drive 5 hours to a jeep dealer to procure and transport my own glass to the shop. The shop was very unprofessional and once the install was complete it looked terrible there was some type of adhesives strung across my hood that took a professional to remove from the windshield repair and my side vent glass had a major air leak. I would not reccomended using Safelite even if it is your insurance company's preferred vendor due to poor communication, poor quality of work, and extremely poor customer service.

This place is a joke. First appointment they brought me a broke windshield so I had to reschedule. Then I had to wait a week for a new glass to come and they rescheduled THAT for a week later. Even giving one star is generous. It's now 2.5 weeks from when I ordered service and the dat was between 12pm and 5 pm of 8-5-2025 still no tech, no text, no email, no call, nothing. Even 1 star is being generous. Seriously thinking of getting a refund and going elsewhere. The office in Little Rock AR has very poor service. Bozo the clown could run that business better. 👎👎 Safelite Little Rock AR. I will never use this business again.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentReasonable price

I was totally surprised at how good this company was. Their front desk people were friendly and smart and helpful. The company text message reminders were worthwhile and helpful. I have had window replacement experience several times in last few years, especially after the numerous hail storms in Arkansas. Another company replaced my 2004 GTO windshield a month ago; that lasted 2 weeks before developing a large crack ; beside charging 100 bucks more than Safelight, they denied any warranty responsibility claiming it was hit by a stone (it wasn't). These guys got the job done within 1 hour of arriving; their people know what they were doing and their shop was clean and professional- not junky and dirty like fly-by-night places I've dealt with. I am very happy with their overall service and competence.

I gave Safelite Autoglass a call because they are the only company I hear about everyday on the radio, TV, computer, and my phone. Here's what they did!!! I asked for a quote to replace my windshield. After trying to get AS MUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE from me, the sales lady quoted me almost $500! My car is a 2012 highlander. She said. You get these super fancy windshield wipers!! AND... You get a special coating!!! I told her that I didnt ask for any of that! What is my quote for just a windshield? Which she had not even mentioned, although THAT ALONE was why I called!! She dropped the price $100!! I was so put off by her deceptive sales tactic that I told her I would be getting other quotes and guess what? She took $60 MORE off the quote! With tax, it came to $312. I hung up and called another company seconds after. A local business. He quoted me $327. I chose his company.

William the technician that installed my windshield was very courteous and professional in my dealings with him. He notified me when he was enroute to install my windshield and notified me when he had arrived at my home. He explained how long it may take and the do’s and don’t s after the glass was installed. I mentioned to him that when my windshield had been replaced before that the tape that held the windshield together took the paint off the roof of my car, he asked why I didn’t report it but I didn’t know to do so, so he mentioned he wouldn’t leave tape on the window and he didn’t. He was a great technician

Two days after my windshield chip was repaired, a 2 foot crack appeared in my windshield. I was not informed ahead of time when I had my windshield replaced that a recycling fee for the old windshield would be applied as well as a $25 fee for coming to my home. after my windshield was replaced I was informed that something was broken and my rearview mirror could not be attached for another week later found out when the next crew came out the following Saturday that it could be glued to the windshield, but the previous crew did not have the correct glue. Therefore, I have a review mirror that was hanging down all week.
