The only way I could get to a comment was to give them a rating. Zero stars for the Little Rock University Ave location. 3 different appointments to get my windshield replaced over a four week period. Last appt they forgot to order the windshield . I waited an hour into my appt time before they called me. I was sitting in the waiting room. Several technicians standing around doing nothing, two men at the front desk shooting the bull while phones are ringing off the hook. Don’t believe the commercials. This location doesn’t care. When they suggested I reschedule after they get the glass in I told them I won’t be back, they didn’t care. Just gave me my keys and I walked away. Three days of PTO spent from work and they don’t care

Tried to get my windshield replaced and calibrated at this location for five weeks. The first time a part on the glass was broken, fair enough, so I rescheduled. The second time, the wrong glass was ordered and the appointment was eescheduled again. The third and final time, some other part wasn’t ordered for the glass. I am a pretty reasonable person but I’m not certain this shop is competent enough to do the job so I canceled the service and won’t go back again. Besides being an hour round trip out of my way, the fact that they don’t check shipments and notify customers of issues ahead of time leads me to believe this shop needs different management. Nothing personal but I would not recommend this shop. Look elsewhere.

I was totally surprised at how good this company was. Their front desk people were friendly and smart and helpful. The company text message reminders were worthwhile and helpful. I have had window replacement experience several times in last few years, especially after the numerous hail storms in Arkansas. Another company replaced my 2004 GTO windshield a month ago; that lasted 2 weeks before developing a large crack ; beside charging 100 bucks more than Safelight, they denied any warranty responsibility claiming it was hit by a stone (it wasn't). These guys got the job done within 1 hour of arriving; their people know what they were doing and their shop was clean and professional- not junky and dirty like fly-by-night places I've dealt with. I am very happy with their overall service and competence.

On the morning I visited Safelite AutoGlass on S University (Little Rock) to get a quote for glass replacement (windshield) for my vehicle, I was provided a next-day mobile appointment at my residence. Safelite AutoGlass emailed me shortly afterward information on what to expect for my upcoming mobile appointment. I was also emailed a pre-authorization receipt for the glass replacement. Gregory, the Safelite AutoGlass technician, provided great service and did a fantastic job with the glass replacement. Upon completion of the work, I received another email for the completed service and a receipt. Great first-time experience, and I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass.

Two days after my windshield chip was repaired, a 2 foot crack appeared in my windshield. I was not informed ahead of time when I had my windshield replaced that a recycling fee for the old windshield would be applied as well as a $25 fee for coming to my home. after my windshield was replaced I was informed that something was broken and my rearview mirror could not be attached for another week later found out when the next crew came out the following Saturday that it could be glued to the windshield, but the previous crew did not have the correct glue. Therefore, I have a review mirror that was hanging down all week.

My safelite experience was a terrible and grueling process. The shop took over 4 months to complete my repair due to poor communication between their customer service reps and their shop. I made three separate trips to the shop 2 hours each way for "appointments " just to hear we dont have your glass, we ordered the wrong glass. or due to staffing issues your repair can not be completed at this time. I had to drive 5 hours to a jeep dealer to procure and transport my own glass to the shop. The shop was very unprofessional and once the install was complete it looked terrible there was some type of adhesives strung across my hood that took a professional to remove from the windshield repair and my side vent glass had a major air leak. I would not reccomended using Safelite even if it is your insurance company's preferred vendor due to poor communication, poor quality of work, and extremely poor customer service.
