(Update:🤬Now I have to take my truck somewhere else to fix the rubber guards from the doors because they just rip them off but never glued them back to the frame ) They said "if they stole your stuff is not our problem" then leave my truck open outside in the parking lot with no supervision while they take 1 hour to lunch, they didn't tell you when they're coming back they just write saying "we are out lunching" when the business hours says they're open, that aside I'm disappointed of how dirty they are ,leaves the truck inside and outside full of dirt and leave marks on the white paint of my truck, the windshield looks unaligned with the covers from the sides so probably they didn't take care of putting them in the right place, also broke my arm rest ,it was old but not broken. Completely disappointed never coming back .

Had a insurance claim to replace my windshield. They scheduled the appointment and when I arrived the windshield was not there. So I had to reschedule for the filling day. During the install they managed to crack the new one where it was considered not safe to drive. (ASP words) Had to wait 10 days for the adhesive to cure before they could replace it again. My insurance agent called the day before to make sure everything was in place. Went on my scheduled appointment day and once again no glass. My insurance agent met me there and after they forgot to order the glass a second time he moved the claim to another shop. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Will not use again.

Let’s take a stroll down what should have been a simple windshield replacement, but turned into a two week ordeal. Tuesday 7/16/24 Window replaced by mobile install. The installer left my dashboard a complete mess. Tons of debris from removing the windshield. The windshield was not wiped down from installation smudges and fingerprints. After reading other reviews, I see this is a normal occurrence. On the way home, there was a loud and noticeable wind noise. Wednesday 7/17/24 first stop in the morning is to the store. The guy walks outside with me and asks if I’ve been driving with the tape still at the top and I say yes, I was told to leave it on there for 24 hrs. He takes the two pieces of tape off and says that is usually the problem, but if it isn’t to bring it back and they will replace but he likes to wait 7 days before redoing a windshield. I had him look at my dash at the debris left behind and all he said was the tech should have wiped it down with a towel. I went for a test drive and the noise was still there. I went straight back to the store. The guy said he could not get into the scheduling system right then, but he took my name and number and said they would get me scheduled. Friday 7/19/24 still no call to schedule. Try to call the google number about 9:30am, but that turned out to be an operator. I told her the issue; she tries to call the store and gets no answer. She also took my name/number and said she’d reach out to the store manager. Monday 7/22/24 By lunch, I still had not gotten a call, so I stopped by. A different guy is up front. I told him my issue. He asked for my keys and he took it around back to do an air test to see where the leak is and whether it is fixable or needs replaced (a different approach from the first guy, but at least he did something). He came back and said that they found the spot and re glued it and to give it two days for the glue to settle and it that didn’t work, they’d replace. Again, the windshield was riddled with fingerprints from the test and they didn’t clean it off. On the way back to work, I could still hear the noise, although it wasn’t as loud. Wednesday 7/24/24 Went by at lunch and the door was locked. I then called the google number again. I told the man I wanted an appointment to replace the windshield that was installed incorrectly. He said the store would have to look at it first and I said “they have, twice now". He said he would have them call me. Thursday 7/25/24 Still no call from the store. Stop by around 1:30. The same guy from Monday is there. He takes the car for a test drive and says it’s just a little pin hole, but since they’ve already tried to seal it, they can’t do it again. To me, that was a passive aggressive comment. Like am I supposed to accept it because it’s a small hole? As he was making the appointment, I requested that my rain sensor be adjusted a bit as it is not as sensitive as it was. He proceeded to tell me that the sensor is the same one from my old windshield, but sometimes when they move them to the new windshield, they can become dull. So, friendly advice, it doesn’t sound like you’re getting a new rain sensor with your NEW windshield that you’re (probably) paying for. I said, well the windshield is practically covered in rain before it wipes, so a new one is needed. He said he would put a new sensor on. Tuesday 7/30/24 Finally, two weeks after the disastrous install, I arrive for my appointment for the replacement to the original replacement. They promptly took my SUV back right on schedule at 8:30. Thirty minutes later, I was walking out the door to a clean and wiped down dash and steering wheel. The windshield however was not cleaned from installation smudges. Overall, the experience was a headache and frustrating. I never felt that they cared about the time and effort I was having to make for their mistake. I had to keep reaching out to them for warranty work on their mess up. The store itself is dirty and lacks a “managerial feel”. I will never recommend this store.

Business is easy to find, clean and easily accessible...parking is a little tight and the gentleman that checked me in was clean, neat and professional and the cost for my replacement was definitely Budget friendly...on to the negatives that prevented me from giving 5 stars, the techs left behind on my dusty but clean dash a bunch of debris from windshield replacement, they could have easily taken their shop vac and sucked it up...upon finally making it home I was inspecting the new windshield and on my driver side finder is black tar finger prints as well as on the trim in the interior on the "O.S handle" I know these are minute things but definitely things that anyone would notice regardless of year or make and model of vehicle...I'd like to assume this wasn't done just because I drive an older jeep and it's not a fancy brand new one, but it's the little things, I hope it doesn't stain the interior once I get back out there to clean it off as well as the black tar adhesive on the body.

Good and Bad Bad: Scheduler did not communicate with local team to make sure my glass was available before scheduling me. Resulted in a reschedule. Not given instructions on how to do a night drop, if there was a box, what color was it and where. New window had some obvious smudges, dust, and streaks. If I'm paying $500+ for a window replacement, please clean it thoroughly before pickup. Regional rep quoted me a lower price initially, which was a let down. Multiple paper signs on windows of shop were confusing. Good: Every local staff member and most regional staff were professional and warm. Job was done when they said it would be. Still cheaper than competitors. Car interior had a pleasant smell when I took it off the lot. Overall, not bad, but not great either. If I relied entirely on local staff, was scheduled right the first time, and my glass was clean I would bump my rating up.

Their price was definitely one that couldn’t be beat. They alerted me to some rubber strips on the side of my windows that they said are showing wear. When I looked at what they were talking about, they weren’t really even tucked in or clipped down. I also had to clean my car after they were done. They left rubber or plastic black pieces all over my car… in my seats, on my dash… I wish they had cleaned up. I also heard a cracking noise in my windshield for a few days. I guess the heat made it hard for the glue to settle. I dunno. It just made me scared to drive for a few days. Finally, I wish the guy spoke a little slower when he was checking me out. He was going through warnings and what to do and not to do. It sounded like he was an auctioneer and that he says it a thousand times a day. I understand that, but for someone who has had, maybe, 3 windshields replaced in my 24 years of driving, I had no idea what he was saying.
