Safelite is an incredibly difficult place to do business with and is even harder to write a review for. The safelite store in Jonesboro deserves about 10 or 20 stars. They do exactly what they say they will do, and they do an unbelievably great job. HOWEVER Safelite---THE COMPANY--- is a nightmare with the worst management I have seen in 60+years on this planet. I own my business...if I managed the same way Safelite does...I would have to file Bankruptcy at the end of the month. My specific experience: Broken commercial motor vehicle Windshield. Called insurance company-- "No problem ,call Safelite" they said. Called safelite everyday for 2 weeks. Spoke with people all over America. They gave me 14 different promises...but no repair. So I got in the company pickup and drove over to the Safelite office here in Jonesboro, AR. "We will replace it next monday" And they did. 1 week later Safelite called me---- "We need a specific number from the insurance company SO we can bill them for the service we provided" Safelit said. The insurance company never said anything to me about any reference number and I don't know how to get one and the insurance company now does not know what Safelite is talking about. My conclusion:::: Call Safelite if you want to talk. Call a local window company if you want a windshield in your vehicle.

I came in for a peck repair in my windshield. When I got there it was smaller than the size of a quarter and HAD NOT starting to spread (it had just happened about hour and half prior). There was no discussion or disclaimer to make me aware that they could make the peck worse. I get to my appointment I meet two people who told me that it was their second windshield they were installing because of some things that was wrong with the first new windshield they installed. While waiting for my car another young lady came to tell that this was her fourth appointment for windshield repair (for the same vehicle). Then right at that time the tech comes out to tell me he has “bad news” for me……..they have caused the peck in my windshield to SPREAD… I wasn’t expecting to hear that… I have had this done before (Not by Safelite) and never had an issue and drove the car for years after… I left highly upset!!! Would I recommend them…ABSOLUTELY NOT.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. The tech wasn't able to log into the system. The manager was rude and grungy looking. Was more focused on watching tv and making googly eyes at whoever the woman was in there with him. The didn't put my antenna back on the truck and im now missing a piece of trim on the top of my truck. And when i try to call the shop to get it back I get an automated system. You can't talk to an actual human. And when I did finally talk to a human they kept trying to schedule me a warranty appointment to retrieve my trim that they took off. I will never use this company again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had an appointment, called many times to confirm but you cant get a human to answer. When I called the national 800 number as a new customer I got a person on the phone. They had no record of my previous engagement even though I had their order number. The person promised that I would get a call in 48 hours or less. An hour later I got a text saying they are working hard on my request and will contact me after they find the glass. This was over a month ago and I still haven't heard from them. Everything seemed to be going well till I told them I would be paying cash. Since that moment, radio silence. Not professional at all. I will not use, or recommend them to anyone, ever.

If you ever need a windshield replaced I do NOT recommend Safelite. They didn't seal my windshield properly and gas fumes were getting into the cab of the car. Thankfully after many hours and days Honda of Jonesboro figured it out and told me to get ahold of the windshield company for a reimbursement on the diagnostics fee that i was charged. Not Safelite not reimburse me for the cost of the diagnostics but they could void the warranty of the windshield just because I took the car to Honda to figure out the gas fumes problem but they was being "nice" and not voiding it. Customer service said the Warranty was fine unless Honda was to touch the windshield(which they didn't). Safelite is a joke.

Called and scheduled repair for my windshield. Here was my experience: Appointment 1 - they called and cancelled the night before (weeks later) Appointment 2 - waited for an hour and a half only to be told they didn't have the right windshield (weeks later) Appointment 3 - Waited for 30 minutes, only to be told they ordered the wrong one They were supposed to call when they got the right one in, but after three weeks I don't think it's going to happen, and at this point I don't feel good supporting a business that has such poor customer service.ServicesAuto side window replacement
