Auto Glass Now

Highly disappointed that we drove four hours to have auto glass repaired and they ended up not having the correct part. Yes, we had an appointment. We understand it’s not the fault of this place as the distributor sent the wrong glass, but still a huge inconvenience. Sean was very polite and professional and we have no complaints about the staff. Their marketing is genius too because I called around for quotes to several places. AGN followed up with a text message. I opted out from receiving more of their messages, but then they sent an offer for $30 off. It worked, although violated my preferences.

Excellent experience. I called to get a quote, made an appointment, arrived for said appointment, technician alerted me to the fact the previous glass replacement resulted in that tech gluing the trim back in place rather than using the appropriate clips. So my window trim is toast all cracked from exposure and the glue used previously. Ok fine. When I left they told me that I could find the trim Online or from Lexus and they would put it on for me. How great is that? I won’t replace car glass anywhere else.

I had a crack in my windshield and I called auto glass now . I didn’t need an appointment and it only took them 20 minutes to fix it. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them over other glass repair shops in Reno especially the well-known one that you see on TV. I called for a quote on windshield replacement for another car and the other company wanted almost twice to replace the windshield than auto glass now.

Suddenly, I had to replace my shattered windshield on my work van recently. I called every single auto glass company available in Reno/Sparks including all available mobile options and Auto Glass Now was not only the best and quickest value:quality I could find, but they also allowed me to bring my own windshield (no warranty was ok with me) and they provided the window trim for me. They also worked with me over a few days of setbacks on my side, even though that may have inconvenienced them. When they were busy, their support phone lines were very responsive and quick to help. The day of the job, they welcomed me in, gave me clarity and respect, and only asked the necessary questions to complete the job, and they completed it within 1.5hrs. It was a streamlined process, their work area is organized and safe, and upon the job being completed, there were 0 problems and I saw everything was reassembled with care. Weeks after the job, I have had a total of 0 problems with the new windshield and I'm 100% satisfied with their performance. Thank you guys!

This place is the definition of professional. I went to the shop off of Wells in Reno the gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond with his customer service and the detail in the process of how things would go. He was honest and very helpful. This place was very accommodating with moving my schedule and I was so happy with the work. The installers did great work and the only part that takes a long time is for the adhesive drying. But that’s going to be anywhere, unless the shop doesn’t care about the customer. They wanna make sure that you new windshield will stay on perfectly. I highly recommend this company for all your auto glass needs. I was visiting out of town and when he told me they are also located in Sacramento I was juiced. I’m gonna forever use these guys. Sorry for being long winded but I had to tell the truth. Thanks to everyone at the shop!

Service was fast , price was high , they didn’t tell me before doing service I couldn’t wash my vehicle for a week or that I needed to leave the tape on the window … I didn’t get to see the price quote in writing until After I paid , of which they charged $99 installation fee which they only spent an hour on the car. I wouldn’t recommend this shop, however they did do a satisfactory job on the car , price was too high at $310 for a basic front windshield that they had in stock
