Went friday morning to get windshield replaced, that eve the installer said the new windshield was defective. He ordered another and could put it in next day. Saturday....no windshield. Didnt hear nothing monday but got a text late that evening my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. tuesday. Went tuesday...no wendshield. Get a text wednesday night while at church, appointment 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Thirsday morning i arrived on time but installer did not. I called an office and spoke with a lady that told me tomorrow 8.00 a.m. again. Went this morning (friday) left truck. Suppossed to be put in (after 5 trips) and at this moment 4:10p.m. 6/21/24 still no windshield..will be taking my business else where.

We have had multiple vehicle windshields repaired by the technician at the Hot Springs location, and he has always done a great job. Very friendly and a great asset to the company. Windshield and back glass replacement was done quickly and the job quality was evident. The price point has always been very competitive. We had brought a new rear view mirror and he took it and installed it for us as well as all new wiper blades. Will be back!

We had hail damage. They replaced the windshield in my wife’s car. But in the process they didn’t seal it well enough so it leaked, they scratched the hood, damaged the plastic trim around the windshield, and damaged one of the wipers. They kept saying they would fix everything and reimburse us for the windshield. That was two years ago. Since then they never return phone calls. And when I went up there they said they replaced the manager but will get everything straightened out for us. Not to mention that when I first made the appointment we arrived and they forgot to order the windshield so we had to make a new appointment, the second time the guy wasn’t there to do the work, and finally the third time they put it in but that is when all the damage occurred.

After an apocalyptic type hail storm, everyone rushed to autoglass now to get their glass fixed. These guys did a great job making sure we were able to fix our windshield while on vacation. We watched as many customers were told they just couldn’t fit them into their packed schedule m. The employees felt terrible because they were doing everything they could. We watched as these employees took a verbal lashing and put a smile on their faces doing it. They were professional, compassionate, and their work was great. Highly recommend!

Our windshield got hit pretty hard by the hail stones, and I was a little disappointed to learn that the next available time for replacement was three weeks away! However, I kept going back checking on them, and they were able to schedule me for an early morning slot a few days later. I truly appreciate how accommodating, friendly and professional they were. The price they quoted me was very reasonable, and I appreciate the fact they didn't use the historic hail storm as an excuse to take advantage of the clients. A+ all the way! It is hard to get excellent Customr Service like we we received today at Auto Glass Now! Thank you to the amazing team for turning around our unfortunate experience of our back window being broke while traveling. Specifically, wanted to point out that Brett, the store Manager at the Little Rock location, went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of; give the very complex install. Also wanted to point out Joseph our installer did a fantastic job - he drove from one location to another and completed the install in half the estimated time.
