It is hard to get excellent Customr Service like we we received today at Auto Glass Now! Thank you to the amazing team for turning around our unfortunate experience of our back window being broke while traveling. Specifically, wanted to point out that Brett, the store Manager at the Little Rock location, went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of; give the very complex install. Also wanted to point out Joseph our installer did a fantastic job - he drove from one location to another and completed the install in half the estimated time. Thank you again to the team at Auto Glass Now! Thank you for very best customer service one could ask for and for saving our trip, for beating the price in 5 counties. Best ,Jason

After an apocalyptic type hail storm, everyone rushed to autoglass now to get their glass fixed. These guys did a great job making sure we were able to fix our windshield while on vacation. We watched as many customers were told they just couldn’t fit them into their packed schedule m. The employees felt terrible because they were doing everything they could. We watched as these employees took a verbal lashing and put a smile on their faces doing it. They were professional, compassionate, and their work was great. Highly recommend!

Damaged my truck deliberately to save time! I went in to have my trucks windshield replaced and the technicians cut my windshield wiper cowl out with a reciprocating saw to save time. Chance told be to buy some weather stripping to hide the gap between the cowling and the windshield. He said that was common. Went to the dealership to buy this weatherstrip and they showed me where Auto Glass Now cut open my windshield wiper cowl and even scratched the paint. Total scam. Already reached out to corporate waiting for a response as the parts to fix my truck cost more than the cost for the entire new windshield.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Made an appointment on my lunch break, the one person working in the shop tells me he’s overbooked and asks me to come back the next day. Next day rolls around and I show up for my appointment only to be told it’ll be at least a couple hours. End up calling my boss and taking the rest of the day off only to leave 2.5 hours later without a window. Then Try to buy the glass from them and have someone that knows what they’re doing install “sorry we don’t wholesale”. Don’t see this place lasting long. Office is nastier than any mechanic shop I’ve ever been in too and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

We had hail damage. They replaced the windshield in my wife’s car. But in the process they didn’t seal it well enough so it leaked, they scratched the hood, damaged the plastic trim around the windshield, and damaged one of the wipers. They kept saying they would fix everything and reimburse us for the windshield. That was two years ago. Since then they never return phone calls. And when I went up there they said they replaced the manager but will get everything straightened out for us. Not to mention that when I first made the appointment we arrived and they forgot to order the windshield so we had to make a new appointment, the second time the guy wasn’t there to do the work, and finally the third time they put it in but that is when all the damage occurred.

Glass repair shop recommended by my insurance. The installers appear to have done a great job on installation and finished in approximately 45 minutes. The after installation care was atrocious. I had removed all personal items from back on extended cab truck so staff could easily access window and clean out broken glass. After repairs I was told I would want to vacuum truck, there might still be glass in truck. I noticed a shop vac in the repair bay, thinking they had cleaned broken glass. I took truck to car wash and vacuumed FOR 40 MINUTES. There were copious amounts of glass fragments remaining. When vacuuming, it sounded like an old slot machine with coins falling because there was so much glass remaining, including a piece the size of my palm. This company may do great installation but the remainder of their service is sorely lacking. I personally would not recommend this location.ServicesAuto windshield repair
