Auto Glass Now

For being in a sketchy part of town, the service was fantastic. The guy at the desk was courteous and professional, he offered me refreshments provided in the customer waiting room while I waited, and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had my windshield replaced and they installed it, recalibrated everything, and I was on my way in 40 minutes. They even rerouted my dash cam better so the wire wasn’t sticking out of the A post like I had it. And they were $40 cheaper than Safelite had me quoted me.

I needed a chip repair and auto glass now was the cheapest around! It was so easy to call and set up a appointment. When I got to my apt Keith was an absolute pleasure to work with, so friendly and very professional! Keith even helped me get a refund through my insurance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO GLASS NOW, and especially Keith at the 1114 Central Ave Location!

This place provided excellent customer service. The guys were great to talk to and deal with. They jumped on the opportunity to help me and made it very quick and painless when other places had me waiting. However, the job came out pretty bad. Looks like it was done in 15 minutes and they vacuumed for 2. I hear glass rattling inside the trunk lid every time I close it now and there’s paint damage that wasn’t there before. They noticed I didn’t want to wait and helped with that, but they didn’t notice how much my car means to me. Had they slowed down and took a little extra time and care doing it, I’d rate 5 stars. If I could rate 2.5 I would but they are pleasant so 3/5.

So I had my windshield replaced on May 1st. Three days ago after a heavy thunderstorm it started leaking. I called their number, which I assume is a nationwide switchboard. The man said he'd have the manager call me back the next morning. No call back so far Update, one month later, the manager reinstalled my windshield and it shouldn't leak again. It's warranted for life.

Got my windshield replaced 6/27 and I must say, my technician was quick and very efficient; in about 45 minutes my windshield was replaced and ready to go. I definitely recommend auto glass now, they’re one of the best in the market and the prices are literally mind blowing, no other company compares. I would absolutely do business with them again.

THE BEST place BY FAR & they'll come to you. With too many issues with safelite to count, these guys saved the day in less than 24 hours & came to us. Job completed in under an hour. Every person is MORE than kind, courteous and knowledgeable and made every part seamless. Don't bother going ANYWHERE else and we will happily return if necessary, for all needs and refer everyone to this amazing company. Great job! We are thankful!!
