Auto Glass Now

Absolutely amazing work from the crew at Auto Glass Now. My Truck was lifted and my windshield was not the typical crack no it was beyond messed up. The area where it seals had a small dent because of a wreck so he really paid very close detail to that area. They fixed my windshield with no extra issues no leaks and already was the lowest quote I was offered so this place is a dream come true. Total 5 stars 6 if possible lol. Please remember to tip the workers they work very hard and the front desk people are very nice. Thank you so much for the experience. They did a amazing job.

Getting a quote with Jay over the phone was a breeze! Customer service was great at this location! The job was quick and great! BUT my mothers card was charged double for the work. I got in touch with customer service (not at the location and not Jay) and he was very rude, unprofessional, not concerned and not understanding at all. With a smart attitude he said well you will get your refund within 24 to 48 hours. Now my problem is we didn’t make the mistake! You did and we don’t need your attitude at all. We just want our money back! It is not ok to just charge people double and then have the nerve to have an attitude about it! However I would have given this location 5 stars minus the attitude from the customer service guy on the phone and getting charged double!

Went in for repair on a crack located on my windshield, that was the size of a quarter. They indicated on the phone that the crack may not be back to 100%, but I didn’t expect it to look worst. It looked horrible! Now I understand the purpose is to prevent the crack from running, but the quality was bad. Waste of $130. Had they actually looked at it and told me that it was in bad shape and recommended a new one, I would have simply purchased a new windshield! They just took my money and maybe said 2 sentences to me. Don’t get your windshield repaired here and if you decide to use this place, just get an entire new windshield.

Had a great experience with this Auto Glass Now location! Shoutout to Trey and his team for going above and beyond to fix an issue that happened at a different location. They were able to quickly fit me in and order a replacement part that had been broken elsewhere. Trey took the time to explain what happened, how it could be fixed, and even gave me his direct number in case I had any issues. He made sure everything was secure and ready for my trip the next day, and assured me they would follow up once the replacement part arrived to finish the job. For context, on 7/3, I went to a different Auto Glass Now location for a windshield replacement, which unfortunately didn’t go as planned. Thankfully, this location stepped in and made things right. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from Trey and his team.

Did not show up date scheduled claiming weather as the culprit, Ok with that, but showed the next day with wrong windshield. They said they would contact us once the windshield came in. They showed up the next afternoon un announced. They were advised that the vehicle would be here on this particular day. They then showed on the 4th day and replaced the windshield. When my son went to use his car he found dark stains on drivers seat and trim around window. I asked that they come and clean these areas and they scheduled to return on 5th day. The technician claimed they did not create these stains. They could have cleaned the areas and had somewhat content customer, but instead implied my son was lying. I rarely write a bad review. Much more likely to be encouraging, but I was so disappointed. I chose this place to support someone other than “ the big guys” . I simply had a chip in the glass that needed to be repaired. My first call, the woman encouraged me to call my insurance. I did that. My insurance told me that the shop I chose, this shop, Would be sent the information and would call to schedule. Almost 3 weeks went by and they never did. I finally called them and the woman sounded irritated and said “ you need to call us”. I was then told you could “come anytime” and wait while a chip is repaired. It also turns out only one of their shops does Chip Repair. I planned my day around this and had to go to the one furthest/30 plus min. I arrived and was told with irritation that the shop is closing because “ I’ve got no technicians “ . From the other reviews, I have to think that this has been a good business in the past and is terribly short staffed. One option, however, is to take the phone number of anybody who says they will be coming the next day, as I did. That at least gives management the option of a courtesy call If you are closing at noon on a weekday! I have a feeling they MAY do great work but I didn’t get the chance to find out
