Terrible customer service....terrible! It’s so bad that I don’t think this is a real or credible company. I had a 1 to 4 appointment and after waiting and waiting for a technician to show up I finally tried to call. After the phone rang forever someone finally pick only to tell me that they couldn’t help me with locating the technician.
