Auto Glass

They are very efficient and fast. I talked to several other businesses but only felt comfortable with Jackie. Jackie conversation with me on the phone made me comfortable that they knew what they were doing. I made my appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. As one employee started to take out the broken windshield, a second employee arrived in a van just after the first employee removed the broken windshield with the new windshield. Perfect timing and coordination. The only thing they were wrong with is that they said it would take about an hour and a half to finish and they were finished in just over one hour 😁. I hope I never have any more broken windows but if I do I will come here immediately. Thanks Jackie and staff.

This review is about a year late, but well deserved. Had my back window and the tiny little window all the way in the back on the driver's side door. I shopped all around, got a quote from the place that my insurance said would have a discount, and auto glass not only was the least expensive, but they were able to get the glass in for the small window quicker than any one else I spoke to. Service was great, would highly recommend

My window got replaced but they were $100 more than other places. But they were open when I needed(the only reason to go there, and why they got the second star) they did a poor job removing the broken glass from the car. There were large pieces of glass all over. A 2 min sweep with a vacuum and a rag could have done better. They also lost a peice of the door trim and denied it. Stating that it was never there. As I was leaving for work this morning, I discovered that the passenger window of my brand new car was broken into and shattered into a zillion pieces. I had an important meeting that I had to attend so I googled "mobile auto window replacement" and these guys were at the top of the list. My insurance company initially referred me to another place, however, the soonest they could get someone out was next Monday (today is Tuesday)! When I called Power Auto Glass, they told me they could get someone over to my office by 11:30am. Sure enough, the awesome guy showed up on time, told me he would be done in an hour and guess what?!? He was actually done in an hour! To my surprise, he also had a shop vac with him and cleaned up all the broken glass that was inside. I wasn't expecting that. They guy was also very friends and extremely professional. I was expecting to pay a higher rate with that fast of a service, however, the cost was the same as the other place that couldn't see me until next week. I hope my car doesn't get broken into again, but if it does, I will be calling these guys again and also referring anyone who needs a new window.

Truly the kindest and best auto experience I’ve ever had. I call on a Sunday night when my car had been broken into, and I was desperate to get if fixed so I didn’t have to leave it Street parked like that over night and miss work in the morning. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and so I got there as quickly as I could and he still got if fixed at 7pm in only 40 minutes and better yet was less expensive than the quote my insurance gave me to fix it 3 days later.

Friend from out of state had a broken window and needed a repair to drive back out of state same day. Auto glass clearly stated they had it in stock. so my friend went directly to them to find out that they really didn't have it. Be careful when they say can do it same day and have it in stock. Auto glass charged 350$. Thankfully because they did not have the glass another shop took care of the issue for only 220$ that same day. Beware...
