I had to text and call the owner multiple times for a week to get an appointment. Even the morning of the we agreed for 10am, he still asked me to call and text him to confirm. When I showed up no one was at the store. The installer texted me at 10am to say he would be thirty minutes late. Why does it take repeated calls and texts to different numbers to get the job done? Felt shady and unprofessional. The business should be sending me a reminder of my appointment at 10am on a Saturday, not asking me to text and call different numbers to confirm.

Wow! Where do I begin? Someone broke into my car and shattered my back window and insurance was going to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.
