The team here is fantastic and incredibly responsive. I had my windshield replaced for the first time, and they did an excellent job. On top of that, they even helped me fix the rearview mirror on my other vehicle, which had come unglued, without charging me for it. Their outstanding service is a great way to earn repeat customers!

We took a good sized rock to our passenger side windshield on our motorhome. Since they are a special order item, we went thru the whole process of insurance claim then special ordering the glass. When we dropped off the RV at the shop we were told it would be ready by 5pm. Much to my surprise we got the call at 3pm! I went to pick it up and the new glass looked amazing! My son's car was recently vandalized resulting in a smashed rear passenger window. I contacted Big Sky and they were able to order in and get the window the next day. They scheduled the work for the following day and informed me that they could provide rides from and back to their business while the window was being repaired. In the process of installing the window, they found that the switch was also damaged during the vandalism. They had already tried to repair it but were having difficulty - thus, they needed permission to look for another switch at probably another $100 or more added to the cost of already replacing the window. Reluctantly, I gave them permission but relayed to them how irritating it was to have yet another expense as a result of vandalism that was not covered by insurance. They called back a couple hours later and I braced myself to hear how much the additional part cost/repair of the switch would be. They said they worked some more on the switch and were able to repair it after all and AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to the quoted price for the window replacement! Amazing! We have had other windshields replaced here also and have always had top rate service and quality. Big Sky Auto Glass was very knowledgeable. He understood my situation with my rock chip and was able to assist me. He was very nice very polite very professional. From beginning to end his customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend going here to get rock chips and windshield repairs. We’re traveling from 24 hours away. Our van driver’s window would not roll up, and we were leaving in 36 hours to drive home. They couldn’t get the part to fix the window. But they raised and locked it in place so we could drive home. And all of this within the last 30 minutes of the work day, for no charge. THAT’S great service!
