Agree with the other reviews: great customer service and outstanding quality of work. I needed to replace the windshield on my BMW. I was given several options at different price points. They were very patient explaining the differences between the various products and manufacturers. I purchased the upgraded OEM windshield and we agreed on an install time. However, when Bill's went to pick up the glass, there was a slight imperfection and he declined to install it. It was likely an imperfection I wouldn't even notice, but I appreciate the high standards and was happy to reschedule. Hugo arrived right on time and expertly removed to old windshield and installed the new one. You can just tell when someone knows what they are doing by the efficiency and confidence of their movements. Hugo was an expert. He was very friendly and talked me through the process because I was curious and like to learn. I will definitely use Bill's Auto Glass again. I highly recommend this local business.

The receptionist, Hope, was very thorough and supportive on my search for Factory Dark Glass for my 1999 GMC Sierra. She also asked for the VIN # to confirm they had the proper glass. The technician, Hugo, was on time and paid attention to detail by vacuuming all the broken glass from my truck and setting the glass properly. He is very professional and experienced. I recommend them highly. 5 star +

Auto Glass Company was awesome! I needed my driver’s side window replaced, and they got it done super fast. The whole process was quick and easy, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Javier, the technician, was friendly, showed up on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. No hassle at all. If you need glass work done on your car, I definitely recommend giving them a call! Kirk and Hugo were great to deal with. Kirk really worked with my needs. Hugo came and did an outstanding job on the install. Quick service in and out in less than 1 hour! Bill’s did a great job on a windshield repair! We seem to attract rocks to our windshields.🤪 We’ve actually used Bill’s 3 times- twice on a windshield replacement and once on a rock chip repair. All excellent and fast service. I especially appreciate how they have treated my teenage son and his car repairs with fairness and respect. Thank you!
